I heard people say this. that you should really love yourself and who you are first before attempting to love another person. do you agree with this?

I just dont see the benefit or value in knowing that. Its like ‘so what?’ I just dont care. I state what i feel and if people disagree its their right. It doesn’t have any impact on my day at all.

in fact all i see is people getting into flame wars or bitter arguments over knowing this info. What net benefit is there to knowing who downvotes you?
