Wanted to know more about me but I'm a terrible judge of knowing if she is just being friendly or if she is interested romantically

Right now we are texting and I told her a situation that I'm in thats personal and she said that "whatever situation your in, I'm all ears" she has been replying slowly the past 2 days (under a day), but yesterday she sent me 24 separate messages.

I bought her a birthday gift (we met at the gym, she’s an employee), she liked my selfie, she posted that gift on her story, and she STILL didn’t follow me back. She won’t even try talking to me anymore. Do I unfollow her? I will abide by the results of this poll.
