30F and I just don’t get it, this is feeling personal at this point. I know OLD apps are hot garbage but they’ve been even worse for the past ~3 years. The rate I’ve been ghosted is just nutty along with the unmatching very very early on or passive behavior etc. I was speaking to this guy on the app for maybe ~2 wks, he was normally pretty quick in responding. It was a casual convo, I’d reply maybe once a day or every other day etc. Nearing the end, he wanted us to find a game we can play since we’re on diff gaming systems & asked for my #. I gave it, actually try to be a bit more responsive now since we’re past the app & he takes a little over 24 hrs to reply. Literally we exchange 2 msgs & such a long response time? If you didn’t want to talk then why ask for my #? You say you’re exhausted in your last message but if someone is interested, they’ll always find a way. I just expect communication to be a bit more responsive via text vs on the app

So my boyfriend and I had huge fight, he felt unappreciated and taken for granted by me so he’s asked for some distance. He said he’s okay with texting but he also needs some space. I’ve given him space and haven’t texted him to let him cool down.

But back then when he’s asked for space before, he used to say that he wanted me to reach out first. So I’ve been thinking to give him the entire 24 hours alone, then I’ll send him a care package with his favorite food the next day. I won’t text him, I‘ll just write him a letter acknowledging my mistakes and my commitment to make it up to him. I feel like there’s no pressure to respond back if it was a hand written letter. What do you think?
