Search Results: good age for first time

I write screenplays as a hobby. (as you guys know already based on my post history) I really enjoy writing screenplays. I've been doing it for 2 years. But I feel like at my age I was able to do things people told me I wouldn't be able to do. My first time pitching my screenplay I was told that my screenplay was terrible, then I wrote another screenplay and a studio told me they liked it and they said I can submit more of my work to them. I manged to pitch again to a different place and I was told they MIGHT consider my project next year.

Screenwriting is a very hard industry to get into. I can't help but feel a bit guilty about this success because I feel like my writing isn't good enough and there are other people who are much more talented than me not being seen but me, a person who's barely written for two years is already experiencing this. (hell I feel nervous just posting this on my page) everyday I fight with wondering if I'm good enough or are these people just being nice and my work really sucks or if it'll be successful as a movie. ;/
