I've known this one guy since HS, I was a freshman & he was a junior (14 years ago). We went to neighbor high schools but were friends on FB. We were really close or so I felt. He was there for me for my first heartbreak my senior year. During that relationship he confessed his feelings for me. After I graduated we hung out a few times at his place never even kissed but we would cuddle. I liked what we had bc I was afraid if we got into a relationship & we didn't workout then I would lose him as a friend too. He meant a lot to me. 3 years passed & I got into another relationship, this one was toxic & I couldnt talk to him much but when my ex & I got into fights I would reach out to him again. I spent the night at his place once too again nothing happened. Then when I was 2 months pregnant I was in a domestic violence situation with my ex & I had nowhere to go so I reached out to him to stay at his place but this time he said no. he was very cold with me. I was so hurt I removed him from socials and didn't speak to him for years. Another 3 years passed & I moved an hour away. He reached out to me wanting to know about my life & if BD was in the picture. He is not. This time he was in a 2y long relationship. I told him I was hurt because he didn't help me when I needed him. he said it was because he was mad at me for being with someone else & having their baby. I mentioned to him I was moving out of state soon so he suggested we meet one last time & said he could drive the hour to me. I said no & used the excuse that we were still freshly into the pandemic. He added me on social media again & then about a year later removed me. I don't know why. So I messaged him & asked if what I posted had offended him, he said no & that was it. But actually it wasn't I figured since that was the end of our friendship I told him I had had feelings for him previously & the reason I never spoke up about it, that I also felt he was all wishy washy with me. My male friend and I had a good relationship until a couple of months ago when he brought up the topic of how there's no unity between women and boys are always so united. I disagreed with him cause I had a different experience with my girlfriends. He was quick to retaliate with, "Oh you have no idea about the world.' I felt like he was offended and didn't want to push it further. I shifted the topic to being scared of horror movies, he said he wasn't and I complimented him for it. He then went on and on about how boys have to be strong-hearted cause their life's tougher than a woman and no matter how much of a feminist I become, this will always be a fact. I didn't even bother to argue on this but he just wouldn't let it go. After that the times I met him these are all that I experienced:

1. Pointing out my lack of experience in things, again.
2. Talking about my lack of skill regarding a language.
3. Mimicing my hand gestures in a mocking way.
4. Trying to scare me as prank and imply that I am a scared little baby. Basically treats me as if I am his junior.
6. If I say something good about myself gives me the glare and questions it.
7. Tried to delete my YouTube app off of my phone because my screen time was 2hr 7m long on a weekend.
8. Would make a big deal if I make a mistake and needs to say it to everyone so they are pissed with me.
9. Would help someone else out with their lack of skill in something but wouldn't help me with the same and lets me be.

The weirdest thing of all is his desperation to prove that he is strong and I am weak. I don't get it, no one ever called him weak (in fact he's adored for being smart and efficient, I am the one who gets perceived as naive and immature) but lately it's like he's obsessed with me and belittling me every step of the way. What's worse is that I am the only one that gets targeted for all the flaws and fears the rest are have their shortcomings without judgement. What could be the reason for this bullying?
