I rate Sabin as a 24, since he can move at light speed (Phantom Rush) and he can Suplex a Train, which Suplex is one of his weakest attacks. Phantom Rush is several times more powerful than Suplex and can't be blocked. He can also stop time and use all sorts of magic. He also has "Holy" Damage.

I rate Mr. Fantastic as a 24. Not only does his mutation give Superman fits, but he's smart enough to beat Superman with Kryptonite or some other type of radiation, and not subject to "Plot Induced Stupidity".

Name a character on this list or not on this list whom you think could stalemate or beat Superman.
