I live in an intimate building setting with my family.

The superstar family has a son that's getting hotter by the minute.

He always has a dreamy smile and isn't fake when he sees me around and says hi ni matter what.

I would say 70% of the time he's like this. The other 30% he won't say hi or just pass me by but then he will stare.

His mom really seems to like me and has always asks me personal questions and she and her daughter (his sister) always say how pretty I am.

He gave me the weirdest look the other day like just this freeze stare no smile. Odd.

Then he went back to being extra courteous like usual.

I am probably wasting precious moments even thinking about him. Thoughts?

I met a really nice guy on the train coming back from the Edinburgh fringe on Wednesday , we talked for the whole hour and made each other giggle the whole way, we had so much in common i swear he was my twin. When it came to his stop i literally had to get him to go and when he walked past i felt him staring. Even at the door i felt he didn't want to get off. he's not my usual type with a beard but then maybe im becoming more fluent as i get older. We didn't swap any name or social s but we know where we both live and he said what his job is etc i said when he got off he could find me online if he tried hard enough, I've tried to find him but its proving difficult. Can't seem to stop thinking about him its crazy

So context: We used to sit next to each other in business class and we were very friendly he was super flirtatious - playfighting, teasing longing stares, lovey dovey comments.

. I mean this one time I was lowkey annoyed at him and moved to the far end of my chair and he pullec me closer to him- problem he had a girlfriend granted things were weird between them but I felt like it was wrong. He ended up breaking up with his girlfriend and here's me thinking he'll confess to me, wrong he got with his ex girlfriend's best friend. I was annoyed and made a comment and we drifted apart as we moved classes etc etc. he definitely knew I liked him 100%.

Here's the issue: (~5 years later present day) I have him on instagram and he always watches my story first, well I wanted to talk to him so l accidentally sent a reel to talk and it was so easy and free flowing with that teasing we had before- he even suggested we meet. I like him ano maybe I'm just reminiscing my young teenage crush and he's the one I feel got away, anyways I want to text him again it's been a week but I want him to chase me to want me to text me.

So do I text him, or am I moving with a lack of self respect with the past being like that, any help is greatly appreciated.
