While I personally enjoyed all of my life and it's made me the man I have become I personally find being a teenager my least favorite stage. I couldn't do most things, I wasn't a young child anymore to the point I wasn't as carefree but I wasn't a full grown adult as well so I wasn't allowed any freedom or independence away from my annoying parents and just straight up laws. I really love how I am now not a teen anymore that stage personally was way too unstable plus I just deal with the sadness of bullying so basically my adolescence was extremely forgettable but that what I consider as the most overrated. But how about you guys and girls out of all the life stages which one do people usually overhyped or make you truthfully hate the most?

Childhood- No responsibilities but no freedom or money.

Adolescent- Half and Half, you get treated as a child and a adult just non of the good parts of either.

Adulthood- Freedom and money, but a tons of responsibilities!

All the nonsense about men competing against women... I'm over it. No more males in womens sports, period! There seems a better solution. LGBTQ+ specific sports!

For example, would you watch LGBTQ+ "Smear the queer" sport? Imagine that on the NBC Peacock! Would be like football or rugby, and noone can be offended being called Queer, it's in the title of the acronym and it's for fun, emplyoment. Big $ for such community once get sponsors on board. You'll get some Republicans to watch LGBTQ+ people wipe each other on a grass field, and MSNBC would love it!

Anyone who wants to play can play, but they have to self identify as one of the acronyms... at least for the duration of the season. It's an honest system. You cannot be a straight male or female... blech!

"Cheer leaders", players, "fun creative outfits", teasing... love affairs and drama on and off field ala WWE wrestling. Everything would be possible! Somebody better run with this idea before I patent it... I reserve all rights.

So i joined a new CrossFit gym and there is a very attractive young lady I occasionally get into small talk with. She smiled a lot today when we chatted. She knows I like her. However she has never initiated conversation with me so far. I usually say hello first. But she does engage with me when I ask her what’s she been up to.

Truth is I literally have no idea how old she is. She could be 19 or should could be 30. I’m guessing I am 10 to 12ish years older. However I’m in excellent shape and I’ve gotten dates with younger woman before. She’s also witnessing me engage in an activity where I usually out perform all the other guys around me. That doesn’t hurt. I am a former profesional mma fighter.

Anyway I am looking for an opportunity to get to know her better. However given she’s very attractive I wouldn’t be surprised she already has a boyfriend. Would it better to ask about that first or would a guy look more confident if I just straight up asked for a date? If we were the same age I would just ask her out. But being that I’m older I’m more careful about this.

If I find out she has a boyfriend then I won’t pursue it any further. I usually run into her once or twice a week. I just don’t want to make the future awkward if I straight up ask her out and she turns me down. I won’t take it personally if she’s not interested. But I go to CrossFit to relieve exercise and I just want to avoid any future awkwardness/drama
