Tell me why the women spend less time at work? Because they are picking up the bastard kids! That's why! They are the ones going to pick them up, stay off when they are sick etc etc. Society still thinks it is the woman's job to do the childcare.
Men die earlier anyway, they just die earlier than women, they are more prone to heart disease and often have more unhealthy lifestyles, hardly the fault of women is it.
Two sides to every story, do not rely on stats to gain the truth.
According to Forbes Women, a majority of professional women want to be there with the "bastard children" and are upset their husbands don't make enough money for them to retire.
@RationaleMale Not their fault, sorry... what does that mean exactly? I'm pointing out that women are working less at work because they have the childcare to do. What does my lack of desire for a child have to do with anything?
actually men and womens life expectancy are about even now also if women dont pick the kids up the family would lose even more money because the dad would have to pick the kids up and his job is better lol.
Women decide to have kids, and that takes a lot of time. Jobs take a lot of time too, therefore, you need to be responsible enough to know that you shouldn't have kids if you don't have time for them.
lol I don't think most women are upset about picking up their "bastard kids", nor refer to them as such... Women are typically the more involved parent. That's how it's been since, well, forever. It's more socially acceptable now for the gender roles to be reversed, but that's still typically the way it goes.
@dudeman "if women dont pick the kids up the family would lose even more money because the dad would have to pick the kids up and his job is better lol"
Now that is sexist. Unless you are making a joke based on the fact that women think they make less (since this is a gender wage gap discussion)... but if not, you just assume that the guy makes more money? And also, if he makes so much, he's most likely on salary pay, and employers typically are nice enough and understanding enough to let them go pick up their kid. And they don't lose any money, because, salary.
@dudeman Okay, explain to my why everyone in my family that has a salary can leave work whenever they want to and do not get in trouble. Explain to me how my dad has always been able to get away to pick me up when I needed it. Employers will let their employees leave early if something comes up. Employers will also make a "deal", like come in an hour early, leave an hour early so you can pick up your kid.
In western society child rearing is never an accident, pregnancy perhaps, but a woman has unilateral right to disavow, abort, or give up her children. So it is again her choice to raise those children. Choices have consequences and this is one of them.

FINALLY! IT HAS BEEN SAID <3
Good points, and you should also add if this was true, why would any company hire men? Why not hire all women?

Not their fault you have no motherly instincts,. lol

@dudeman I thought you'd gone?

by the way, I don't know if you don't know this, but you don't get paid for chores. You get paid for work. Women are healthier because they work less.
"do not rely on stats to gain the truth"
Typical feminist rhetoric.

@Mekkalyn salary means they have to get the work done no matter what.

@Mekkalyn hey i didn't disagree with you why do you sound so angry
@dudeman I'm not angry. I was just making a point. I'm sorry if I sound mad, but I'm really not.

I'm amazed that people don't know this. Even my college teacher believed women get paid less.
Great argument.
wage gap is irrelevant if you love what you do.
