In the wake of yet another tragic terrorist attack, many of us are left filled with a multitude of emotions. We are sad, angry, and horrified at how easy it is for only a few people to cause so much destruction in a matter of hours. It leaves us with so many questions. Many countries are now wondering how they will respond to these horrific acts. However, right now I don't want to ponder the future and how each country will handle ISIS. There will be plenty of time to debate about how we "should" respond.

Instead, I want to focus now on the victims, their families, and all of those who have been affected by these attacks. I want to express how important it is to stand together against those who wish to do us harm. I will continue keeping all of the victims and their families in my thoughts. I can't imagine what all of them went through, and how their families must be feeling right now.

These tragic moments are when we must realize how important it is to unite in the face of terror. The world responded with so much support of France. We must not let these attacks further divide us.

While we all may be feeling different emotions right now, hold different religious beliefs, different political beliefs, and have different perspectives of the world, surely we can all agree that this was a cowardly attack not only against France, but against humanity.

Yes. 21st century, and humanity still thinks that killing is the solution to many of their problems. But that "solution" is nothing but another problem itself, and a major one. And the worst part is that, wherever there is terrorism, wherever there is war, most of the ones who end up paying for this mistaken way of thinking are the ones that don't actually feel that way: people like us that do value life.

I really support France, really I do feel for them, but we haven't put any care to terrorist attacks on countries more in Africa and the Middle East area. In Kenya, terrorist murdered a whole lot of students at a school, but no coverage went to that, or people really wanting to help the Syrian refugees. The internet is good - and - all for spreading the word and gaining support; for expressing the opinions of the world. However, the internet does nothing in the way of real action; therefore, if we do not start backing up the fierce and patriotic - the genuine human interaction - conversations going on in the media with actual movement, actual action, we will never achieve anything.
Last year after ISIS destroyed monuments in Iraq such as the Baghdad museum and, now, Palmyra UNESCO held a world conference about the destruction of heritage. People from around the world gathered to discuss possible ways to combat looting and destruction that, in all honesty, affects every single human on this planet. I followed what was happening at the convention and was genuinely appalled at the ending results. For what im sure cost millions of dollars, UNESCO came out with its new form of anti-black market and anti - destruction of monuments movement. UNESCO decided to, stop looting by doing such; #UniteForHeritage.
I was outraged yet understanding. In this current day and age we expect hashtags or social media campaigns to solve our problems, as if daesh (because they dont deserve capitalization on the letter "d") was going to see the hashtag and run away or stop the destruction and looting. We see this more times than we think; how many girls did #bringbackourgirls bring back? The answer is 0.
The earth will forever be ruled and destroyed by sub-human thieves if we dont start taking action. The idiots at almost all of these global organizations sit around and do nothing worth while, nor do they do anything that would be of any affect to humanity. Furthermore, when the Ukranian Rebels were trying to separate, the Russian Army probably could of invaded to the Border of Germany before the the ding-bats at the U. N. and NATO even started on their paper work.
The answer to the problems that currently strangle our world is simple. Action. Action must be taken if we want to escape this cycle of death and destruction. I dont just mean by out side forces nor am i specifically talking about the Near East. All around the world criminals rule us, use us as a slaves, treat us like cattle and cannon fodder; we must reject these unnatural men with robotic and emotionless hearts. We must take action for goodness and peace.
The Christians, we must work on throwing away those who tarnish our name.

Kenya, Tunisia, Palestine, Turkey, Egypt, Kuwait and lastly Lebanon have all suffered terrorist attacks from ISIS against civilians in their own country despite not being in a war zone.
Most of all, Iraq, Yemen, Libya, Afghanistan, Iraqi Kurdistan, Rojava and most of all, Syria have suffered ISIS greatly and none of their flags have been uploaded, so no reason why France should be deemed so special.
Besides, yesterday, the Peshmerga completely defeated and captured ISIS in Sinjar, surely we should hail that as a victory and a sign of optimism for Iraqi Kurdistan by uploading their flag instead.

Boko Haram killed over two thousand in a day in Baga, Nigeria. It's become a daily occurrence in Israel for Palestinians to knife people at random in the streets.

What happened in Paris is terrible, and our thoughts and prayers should be with them, but it is far from unique. I hope it will serve as a wake-up call to the West, that these kinds of attacks will not stop until they're quelled at their source. ISIS isn't going to go away if we ignore them.

The difference between the attack in france and some of the others is that the attackers aiming for ISIS militants were (presumably) not aiming for civilians, while this attack specifically targeted young civilians.

Would you care more if a tragedy happened on your own continent or if it happened in some countries far away? Would you care more if a tragedy happened in a country that is already torn apart by war or if it happened in a country where there's normally no mass shootings? What happened in France is rare and it's closer to home for people in Western countries than those tragedies that happened in the Middle East. That's why it's bigger news here.
