A lot of comedians can't tell dark jokes in the USA due to people getting offended. In Europe they don't have to hold back at all.
EU decided to ban "hate speech."
That's just talking about stuff on the internet, which people do go crazy over board with the hate speech there.
When you start banning speech, it's not a good sign for the common folks
So people should be allowed to tell others to go die and harass them like that?
For what i see it's basically when people say random shit on the web, with the lone porpuse of desistibilize with nothing backing it up. It's mental abuse.
But the barrier between incitement to hatred and a random opinion is not easy to identify around the internet, and it's open to people interpretations.
But today we need to be carefull because EU extremists and other manipulators are playing dirty to make hatred an european reality.
Yes they should; it's not nice to harass people but they should not be censored. More importantly, it shows what an ugly person is. People who do not have the strength to take criticism should not go on the Internet

What you say is true, but that's another thing, arguiing, discussing and criticize is not forbidden.
What's forbidden is you acess a random social page and wriitte "gays shoud be burned" or "fucking muslims stealing my job" and other provocative things just to get yourself attention and ALSO provoque radical behaviors from the other side. (Putin loves to use that tatic btw)
I guess this is what the EU only wishes, the problem is that we are dealing with automatic things on Fb, twiiter and other's... so you will not get 100% efficiency, but good intention people will not be heavily affected.

True true, but the people still care for freedom and privacy here, i'm sure we can handle our governments if things start to go crazy.
I'm worried that the white eextremists gain political influence, and then do worse... letting the hatred speach burn without any control, in these times... can actually create a new generation of crazies nationalists... dark times endeed. Eu needs to learn with their mistakes faster.
