I hope you realize that this has 0 to do with women dressing like hoes, and more to do with persistent men who don't get it. They will rape you even if you dress fully clothed like Muslim women do. Or like the women of the East Indian Nations. So no. This is more so of lust and uncontrollable desires than them dressing like that. I agree that women shouldn't be dressing in provocative clothing. But again, 0 to do with it when a horny man is a horny man.
