If there were some way I could only laugh at the people who I told trump would be a disaster and they denied it, I would. But all those people have mysteriously unfriended me in the last week.

7,000 people getting killed in Chicago each year if that's number is real. There are over 2 million people living in Chicago. Do the math, in a city like Chicago, that is not much.

I'm smart enough to realize that to compete with china and india in manufacturing small goods we'd have to basically legalize sweatshops.

Jobs are good, and you'll notice that the best job growth is in places like washington state, california, New England, places where they realize that manufacturing can't be relied upon

a) you can't compare health insurance plans by premium alone, which is what you're doing. There can be enormous differences in what the different plans cover, not to mention deductibles and limits.
b) only healthy people could get health insurance on their own at any reasonable cost. The reason for the mandate was to allow people with preexisting conditions to get covered while at the same time protecting the insurers from a deadly adverse selection spiral.
c) You seem to think that private group health insurance no longer exists. It does.
@JenSCDC you fail to understand the prices jumped... actually before o'bamacare obama cut federal spending on medical which caused the prices to increase... a lot of people don't realize the prices for medical have soured since it's a monopoly pretty much.
and i laugh at the people who blame trump for anything he's been president for 1 week now he has nothing to do with anything... not yet anyway... let's talk about this in 2 years which is how long something he does today will have any affect.

Yes, but life and health are very different! My only specialized knowledge about health insurance came from an exam back in 2003.

None of them were qualified for the job. Hillary has done jack shit but make the country worse. Most Republicans are living in small towns and in the county and they voted for a big time billionaire business man from New York City. Plus, most Republicans are blue collar while Trump is white collar. Both are far different from each other.
