I've seen more sexual harassment in the worplace of women by men, then the other way around, but in my younger days (while I was doing an internship in my 20s) a woman did grab my butt at a place after telling me to give her a huh (she was in her late 40s). It's really unpleasant and wouldn't wish it on anyone.

i think we should just get rid of the whole Sexual Harassment mindset. there is nothing wrong with flirting or courtship of the opposite sex. the only time it is not ok is if they are physically restraining them or constantly harassing them on consecutive days

Goodtake it's very true. There's a real double standard in soceity and women get let off the hook for sexual harrassment and sexual abuse.
I had trouble with sexual harrassment and assault when I delivered water to offices.

Yes women get away with it. I constantly had this girl at work sending me messages , trying to touch me and I just tried to be friendly and avoid her until I just had enough of it. I told her that her behaviour wasn't expectable and it needs to stop , she continued. I then told HR and they had told her to stop it m. Now if I had of done I would have been labeled as a predator , probably would have been fired and questioned by police if I did the same.

To be honest I don't care about this and have no empathy for men who sexually harass women or men. You shouldn't do it to begin with then there would be no need to get in trouble. Just don't do it it's that simple.

The truth is that anti-social behavior is not a gendered thing. Their are people that feel that they have the right to push boundaries. The issue really is the social response of how we deal with it as a society.

if say l reported a female to the police if she sexually harassed me the police would say are you gay l would say what l am not gay the police would say well just go with the girl she wants and likes you l would say to the police l dont like her she is not my type they would laugh at me

Of course because men are seen as the predator or pursuer. Anything a woman does is seen as a come on or flirt. That is because women don't speak them just signal and whatever which does nothing

yeah i used to get ass grabbed at work all day. I told people and they respond with "nice","good one dude", "she wants ur babies" etc

I'm sure there are women that engage in harassment, but this instance sounds to me like typical shock jock radio.

I get harassed all the time, but I'm ugly, so no one ever believes me...
