America Is Racist Against Females in Government, Time to Change!

Why can’t America have a female president?

The way a lot of other countries look at it American’s are racist towards many different things, a female president being one of them, they think women CANNOT do the job. Clearly other coutries has had female presidents and prime ministers, why can't America?

Aside from racism there is no real answer to that question

Donald Trump has NO political background, he was a business man and television personality.

But why can’t a woman be President? Hillary won the popular vote. Older white women REALLY HATE HILLARY and simply didn’t vote or voted against her out of spite.

My Mom being one who didn’t vote. I campaigned for Bill during his second term as a kid knocking on doors. My next door neighbor’s Mom grew up with him and we got to talk to him on the phone.

My Mom allowed it but thought Hillary unrightfully politicized the office of the First Lady. She was an unelected official and shouldn’t speak on social issue [according to women].

That with the youth vote problem is why she didn’t win in a landslide. White women fucked us.

I get the outrage, I didn’t realize until I was 24 that I was at a disadvantage to men because in higher education it wasn’t as noticeable as long as you spoke up as often and strongly.

It’s when you enter the workforce and your 60 year old executive is still making decisions that you realize the problem. The 6’3 male in a well tailored suit with broad shoulders is heard over the 5’8 guy with a store bought suit.

This is the pecking order I initially. You can break from it, certainly, but that’s the order.

Oh, did I forget to mention, that’s the order of your white at many firms. If you aren’t white you are not even interviewed or put In a position without decision making ability.

This mainly only applies for black women as they are seen as rude. It me judging but what I’ve seen in hiring. It makes me upset because I’ve seen the resumes and met the women in be waiting room when I’m heading to the restroom and introduce myself. Not rude, good education and well dressed.

Not speaking of my current company just industry in general. I’m like, why don’t I work with any black people in a large company? When I do they are overqualified for their positions as support personnel.

Hillary was a poor candidate and her experience in government which should have been her greatest strength was her greatest weakness as she was viewed by most of the public as both incompetent and corrupt. If a credible candidate for the presidency is put up like republican Condoleezza Rice or democrat Tulsi Gabbard there's a chance of a first female president but if it's poor joke candidates like Hillary Clinton, Elizabeth Warren, Maxine waters and Sarah Palin well Dmericans just won't vote for them.
Also your missing Britain's current leadership under prime minister Threasea may, head of state queen Elizabeth, Nicola Sturgeon First Minister of Scotland, Ireland has had two female presidents, chancellor Angela Merkel etc. If you look at other countries and compare their female leaders to ours there's a vast difference in the quality and competency.

Most people don't have an issue with a female being president just as a female can serve in the military, but Trump won because the person he was running against was Hillary Clinton.
