Outlawed communism and any form of socialism that wasn't national socialism, communists did the same.
You are nothing but a condescending fool who really has no reason for his arrogance. The Nazis allowed private ownership, but with full government control and or oversight. Total control of the means of production and distribution is socialism in all but the purely technical ownership part.

All of these various forms of socialism control the means of production to varying degrees. Facism for instance though not a socialist movement controlled the means of production.
National socialism does NOT control the "means of production" if the business doesn't go against the state. Don't be horrible and you can do whatever you want.
