Covid killing molecules

So as some of you know, I sometimes do these mytake to combat misinformation

I just come across a new one today. Apparently it's claimed that a miracle molecule that has been around for years has the ability to be sprayed anywhere and it kills covid.

Predictably this is hidden by the government ( notice how with these people everything is "the government " and not even giving a single thought to how many there are around the world)

So this molecule business is ... well... true..but also (as you guessed) NOT -- at least not yet!!

Scientists are working on it. The independent scientists, that all work autonomously, not controlled by the many different governments around the world who can never agree on anything as we all know

There is a macromolecule that can be used to fight all sorts of viruses, that's true.

There are certain commonalities among viruses and that has led to the development of the macromolecule that does the thing you say

This is not a secret however, and it's not covered up by governments

The subunits of the macromolecule can be amped up to battle the virus yes.

It has been tested on ie Ebola

And it's not a secret. Like I tell all conspiracy theorists

"If it was a secret, then you wouldn't have heard it on YouTube "

Also be aware that I have a feeling that some people (for fun or what do I know) seem to create a name on here, thrash around, then leave, and come back with a new "profile " or whatever

I swear one of the more conspiracy minded morons I battled with long ago just fought me again, under a new name, which predictably is also now inactive

Unfortunately those people are not easy to convince

It isn't that hard to destroy coronavirus ( I wouldn't say "kill" as it's not really a lifeform by most measures), the hard part is doing so without harming the body it's in.

Kill is actually not the term as you point out. It's "loosely " used (even Fauchi) to make sense to people who have no great knowledge about this stuff

But yes, virus is not actually alive. Bacteria are said to be, because they can breed on their own (and more reasons)
