I want to know what do we want as a society? As a plussized aro- pansexual black female WTF do we want? I have never been more confused in my life as to what I'm supposed to be fighting for the hypocrisy is TOO much. I see members of the LGBTQ community trying to cancel and bully people for not addressing them with the proper pronouns when they didn't know it in the first place? The saw a girl in a dress and said "she" a guy in pants and hoodie and beard and said "he" you do that. Or they adress a group of people like "hey guys whats up?" You know they aren't calling you a male. Or if they say "I'm sorry sweetheart" they aren't sexualizing you or misgendering you. Then you curse them out, call their job etc. Or even if they hold a different opinion, call them a homophobe and do the above. Dude? Why? And a lot of the people you do it to are in the community as well. Then you proceed to guess people's sexualities, mental state by how they are dressed, the way they talk and the their traits. I thought we were stopping that! Hypocrisy.
Then my plus size WOMEN. I don't see men do it. They hate to be talked down upon. I get IT. I hate it too. I just learned to love my fat.. But will shame a woman for being skinny when they feel insecure about their body. LISTEN you may FEEL. "She's skinny and tall 'has this and that' how can she be insecure atrention seeking" and want to insult her, but when i was skinny. I hated certain aspects of myself. Just because you are skinny and somebody else thinks you are gorgeous doesn't mean you think so. How many big girls have been told they are pretty and point out their flaws. Insecurity can thrive in ANYONE especially when the beauty standard is kim FUCKING Kardashian. Lanky girls have the right to feel insecure just as we do. They don't need to be shamed. What happened to love all bodies? Hypocrisy.
As a black woman i get IT. a lot of things done to black people can be rooted in prejudices and racism, but not EVERYTHING. Certain things said are just people stating their opinion and we get mad and call it racism. I'm pretty good at telling it apart, but sometimes people just want others miserable because they felt they were done wrong. So even if another race were to do us wrong, (and this goes out to EVERYBODY but as BW I'm speaking to my people) we couldn't get mad? Realistically. Almost every black person and southerner has heard "the pot calling the kennel black" don't be a hypocrite. And i know "we can't be racist" yes as black people we and other minorities can't be racist, but we can be prejudiced. So imagine saying steroetypical, disrespectful ass shit to another race and getting mad and wanting have the other person "cancelled" because of it(which only lasts like a good 6 months) its foolish.
The world is doing childish ass shit, just shifting blame, not trying to get to the root of the problem. Trying to blame trauma and pain on anyone and everyone instead of trying to heal it... And it's confusing, actually frightening in a sense. I just want to know where the hell are we going? Whats the plan? Cause all i see is the world's downfall. It seemed like every cause started out good, but the more power it got, it lost focus of what was right, and became what it was trying to stop. You can lash out at me but its the truth. Its the point i don't want to interract with people because its like stepping on eggshells and i don't want to deal with a possible protest and riot outside of my house for having a different "respectful" opinion.
