Europe has two last good conservative leaders in the world

The American conservative movement has left me, and not for good. I see myself relating more and more with European conservatives on the center-right, such as Presidents Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Giorgia Meloni. I also support the Armenian and Vatican regimes.

To be clear, I do not support the Biden administration. I am more than open to voting for Ron DeSantis if he gets the nominee in the 2024 presidential election; otherwise I'll just stay home. But figures like Elon Musk (a former "centrist"), Kanye West, and of course Donald Trump have shifted the Overton Window so far right that my (actually) conservative views are paling in comparison.

The American right-of-center are the European/Russian/British far-right, akin to Marine Le Pen, Vladimir Putin, and Katie Hopkins.

Ron DeSantis is basically a modified version of Jeremy Clarkson or Boris Johnson for the US market, with appeal to both center-left and centrist Hispanic voters. He's only slightly more politically correct than Clarkson or Johnson. He'll gain traction from African-American voters too, where Donald Trump, Mitt Romney, and even George W. Bush left off. This will bring the conservative movement back to its 1980s-'90s roots with Ronald Reagan, Pat Robertson, Ross Perot, and Pat Buchanan.

DeSantis is our last hope, America.

It's also interacting that the nation's that voted against demonising neo-nazi ideologies, were western nations. Go figure.. to be conservative is to be a Neo-Nazi in the west.

I don't know about Zelensky but Meloni is definitely a lot more conservative.

I don't know why liberals are claiming she is a fascist, all she really talks about in her speeches (that i have seen) is repairing the nuclear family which I think is a good thing. The two concepts are mutually exclusive.

Indeed, Zelensky is more on the fiscal side than social when it comes to conservatism. But he's not far less right-wing than many of our GOP politicians at home

Yeah I guess you're right, considering how much he is kissing the US's ass this past year. I bet he wouldn't care if the US just took over Ukraine and have it be a US territory.

Unfortunately, the US has it's own problems it needs to deal with before it meddles in the affairs of others. That doesn't mean we shouldn't have sympathy for Ukraine, but there is a reason why, on a plane, you secure your own oxygen mask before you help others, as you are no use to them if you are dead.
