We have a lot of problems. I don't need to spell them out. We all know them. We get on here day in and day out complaining about them, and how the opposite party caused them.
Well here is the most brutal truth I can say about it.
We as a country have become scared little puppets, who do everything their party leaders say. But the biggest reason we as a country have become cowards and fail to fix anything is this.
We only watch one side of the story, or only believe one side of the story. And that is the one that tells you, your party is doing great, and the other is destroying American.
Do you know how soft that is? You don't have the courage to look at your own party and say, wow, they are garbage just like the other party.
We call ourselves the home of the free and the brave. Yet we are not free, and we are not brave.
It takes real courage to look at yourself, and say am I doing everything right, or am I taking the easy way out. Well most of us take the easy way out. My party does everything right, while the other one sucks.
What does that do? It gets you and your party off the hook. "Not my fault, it's theirs. Now i don't have to have any accountability for anything wrong with this country, and can continue to pretend like they are guilt free."
So what do we do like idiot politicians tell you who to hate, who and what to like. And you guys go. Okay as you wish.
Let them take advantage of us. Break the law, selfishly make laws that benefit them, and screw us. Then they give us 1 law that you like, and you all are happy with that.
How do we react to everything defend their horrible actions, and continue to push blame to the otherside.
We allow politicians to tell us outrageous conspiracy theories, and claims that make no sense, to reality, law, or science and we go yup we believe you.
We allow to news to tell us the most far fetched stories, hand pic the stupidest people they can find to argue the opposite side of the agenda, and you guys go. Yup this seems legit.
Why? Because we don't have the courage to challenge them.
We don't have the courage to listen to the otherside's point of view.
We don't have the courage to say ok politicians you claim the otherside is to blame. But what about your lack of action in doing anything to solve this problem but cowardly pass the blame to someone else.
Is this really who you want running this country?
Is this really how you want to be remembered as the cowards who let their political party play you like a fool, and you thank them for it?
Stop allowing this, start voting against them, and start holding them accountable.
We can do better, than the people they give us.
