People tend to make a big mistake which is thinking that arabs and muslims are the same thing, well to everyone who thinks like this your totally wrong.
Being an arab doesn’t mean that you are a muslim and being a muslim doesn’t mean that you are an arab.
To start with I am an arab so whatever I am gonna be saying I am sure of.
First of all I am from Palestine and I assume that you know my country’s conditions so I can’t live there so I migrated with my family to KSA which is commonly known as the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
So one thing that I noticed is that people say a lot and a lot of wrong things about Saudi Arabia which I will talk about.
Saudi Arabia isn’t against ANY religion and as a proof to that there are a lot of non-muslim Saudis, and they are ALL allowed in the country. In Saudi Arabia I met Americans,British,Syrian,Egyptian…etc who are not muslims I meet different people with different nationalities and religions in there. Now the misunderstanding comes here, people think that if you’re not an arab or a muslim you can’t enter to the kingdom well one more time you are wrong, you can enter to every city if we are talking about the nationality as for the religion you are also allowed to enter to every city EXCEPT for makkakh and madina
Now you will ask me why?
The reason is because makkah and madina are 2 holy places for muslims and they are the center of islam it is where our god’s house and prophet are.This is why non-muslims aren’t allowed in there.It is a place where we all gather and worship god.And there are no churches or anything for other religions in KSA because our prophet is buried there so it is diserespectful but EVERY single other Arabic and Islamic country got churches and temples …etc.
Now that I have clearled somethings I’d love to talk about islam and females. I saw that most people believe that islam is ALL about torturing females and one more time you are completely wrong. Ok let’s chat a bit about me I am a feminist so if islam was even a bit rude to females I would have converted to any other religion cause what is a religion? It is a belief and I belief in female rights so if they didn’t exsist I would have left , but other things attach me to islam ok enough me back to the point
So yes what did islam do? Ohh yes right it made women cover their faces …how brutual? Let me explain and clear something islam didn’t MAKE any female cover her face but what islam said was every female have to cover all of her body with exception of her face and wrists now you will tell me they force females now I will tell you HELL no we don’t force anyone to do anything we choose islam and we choose to follow its rules for example I will give you an example me and my sister I cover my hair and my sister doesn’t and not a single person will hit her or or kill her or anything like this we only tell her what god told us to do and then it is up to her whether to cover or not I won’t hit her my brother, mother, father or anyone wouldn’t hurt her it is her choice and the same goes to every muslim family
Now you will say why do women cover and men don’t?
Well get your facts straight cause in islam men and women must cover but with difference men have to cover different areas which starts from their belly button and ends at the knees and why is a muslim female a terrorist when she covers her head and a nun is a nun when she covers her head?
And we girls and boys can show our body in front of people that we can’t marry such as the dad, brother, uncles, grandfather, and every female. The only reason for why we cover is modesty and I don’t get how showing or covering my hair would affect you in any way or “terrorize” you
And another thing is the virginity topic why don’t muslims have sex before marriage?
We believe that we must have a single partner in our lives ….no no wait stop I know that men can marry 4 females ….yes you heard it right muslim men can marry 4 females back at that time ,but now no one does this even thought they can and if the woman would ever want to divorce then she can he can’t make her stay and islam asks in the quran that the divorced wife must not be thrown outside and she must stay in the house so that she won’t roam out in the streets but her husband can kick her only in one case if she cheated on him.
Females are married forcibly , wronnng you are now mixing between arabs and muslims ISLAM never asked to let anyone marry someone forcibly it is a tradition in the arab world and it died again yearrrs ago no one does this anymore now shhhhh you can’t argue about this if islam asked for this get the verse from the quran and in the arab world our parents don’t allow us to leave the house at 18 because we are humans not cats we believe in family and family bonds so for a guy or a girl leaving the house is impossible unless in one case which is marriage so parents try to get their kids married for one reason which is not trusting others so they try to find us the perfect match because they love us but if we refuse they certainly won’t force us.
Why can’t boys and girls be together why are they segregated?
The muslim countries are 22 countries (all the arab countries) and only Saudi Arabia segregates men and women because it is their countries rules not because islam said so in the other muslim countries we interact normally.
Why don’t females drive cars?
One more time this is only in Saudi Arabia it is their rules it is their country but it is not an Islamic thing back at our prophet’s time females used to ride camels and horses they used to fight in battles and they were strong and now we can drive in every arab country except in Saudi Arabia.
Now someone will start complaining about halal food, what is it? what does it do? Does it require torturing animals?
HELL no halal food is nothing, nowhere near what you think
First of all in islam you must kill the animal using a sword cause it is the least painful way,and god forbids us from killing an animal infront of another because the other animal will be scared we also need to say bismALLAH before cutting the head. And the sword needs to be really sharp and the head must be cut at once so that the process will finish quickly.
Why don’t muslims smoke or do drugs or drink?
Clearly cleary because they are harmful, and why should we hurt ourselves?
What about pork , I don’t know if you people noticed but pigs eat their own poop and live in mud and that is just disgusting in islam hygiene is a really important thing before each prayer we must wash our body in a process called (wudo’a) which is basically washing all of your body and ofcourse we pray five times a day therefore we wash ourselves 5 times a day that’s alone without showers and bathing. We also make sure that everything is clean cause hygiene is important in islam. Now a person will say “but I saw a muslim who smokes and is unhygienic” simply he is a muslim but he isn’t following just like a Christian who doesn’t go to the church on Sunday.
