That's because in recent years Arizona talked about tightening it's border patrol because of the crimes related to cartels in Phoenix. It actually has the most lax border security policies of all the states that border Mexico that's why most illegals channel through Arizona. New Mexico Texas and California all have more tight security and harsher punishments.

I live in Maryland and of course DC is very close to the state obviously lol. Tho I was first expecting some stereotype related to crabs
Are crabs a big stereotype about Maryland? I've never heard of that one.
I never heard that stereotype about Louisiana and I certainly don't see it day by day as a native.
But you're CREOLE flavor... lol.
That's the point if you know what it really means
XD I remember the day that picture for Colorado was taken. Never mix forest fires with high winds. So many headaches were had.
Hana, I'm enjoying this. It must have taken a lot of timed to make!
... on my way to part two!
It did take me awhile but it was fun!
People who think Maryland is like DC have never been to Maryland or Washington DC lol
I've never been to Maryland or Washington, D. C. I hear a lot more bad things about D. C. though...
Waiting for part 2 when we find out that Oregon is known for the high number of Wesen living here.
I posted part two! Ignore the typo in the title of that one for now.
"Of course, this doesn't mean that Connecticut is the only state which watches Women's sports."
Yeah, they basically are.
It does seem like it lol.
Fun take. Funny and informative. I look forward toyour next one to see if my state makes the cut ;)
I live in Iowa. There is no cornhusker team.
There are the Hawkeyes, Cyclones, Panthers
Nebraskas university's mascot are the Huskers.
This is interesting. It's good to learn more about stereotypes in America.
Funny enough the part of Kansas I live in is known as tornado alley.
How many tornados do you see a year?
@CincinnatiRedsfan it varies sometimes we don't always see them up close, but they still happen, in a fact we just had one about a week or two ago.
I live in Kentucky and I never met anyone with teeth like that? And I live in the country.
I have a lot of family in Kentucky and I've been all over Kentucky. I've ever seen teeth like that myself. It was just for fun anyway!
I just hear about how they're the tobacco capital in the country (also, Kentucky is stereotyped for their excessive alcohol use as well.)
>Iowa Cornhuskers
You mean Hawkeyes? (Btw, I'm a cyclone)
You're right, I meant to say Hawkeyes lol. I don't know where that came from.
There's the Nebraska Cornhuskers lol
I enjoyed your MyTake. It's light-hearted but educational.
can't wait to see what you have in store for my state!
Other than Califronia, Florida, and Hawaii I don't care.
Shoulda used another stereotype for florida: All the WEIRD AND FKD UP SHIT happens in florida.
Lol how dare u despise the Cards? I LOVE my hometown! It's great we won that one game
lol didn't know about most of those stereotypes
Well, since you live in Japan, they may not apply there.
born in california
Arizona doesn't like immigrants
I've heard this one before as well. Of course, this is an American stereotype in general.
Which is odd, since Arizona has a large percentage of Mexican-Americans anyway.
