Guys, why are guys so mean to girls they don't find attractive?

like i was considered fat, ugly and disguting in middle school. and man, people were rude and hateful toward me. due to how i look. i mean, so what if a girl is fat and ugly? why can't you guys treat girls with respect? your nice and sweet to pretty girls but when it comes to women who are ugly they are rude and hateful to her. or you would not date a girl due to her weight or how she dresses, or her body type. guys trashed my belongings and pushed me around like garbge because they didn't like how i looked. i know, girls are rude to me to for how i look but guys are much worse to me.

why guys?

I've seen such losers so many times in my life. Guys can be stupid when it comes to these thing.

i think it has to do with:
* Valuing a girl less when she is not considered attractive.
* Peer pressure from other guys and to keep up the appearance as if he only dates pretty girls
* Low self esteem by knocking someone else down to keep their own spirit up

Secretly they like you a whole lot more than they let on. They would treat you way differently and probably kiss your ass every minute of the day if their friends wouldn't find out about it. They would jump into bed with you within a heartbeat. Not saying that you should do that. I only say it to show you have much more power than you realize.

By the way. I don't know how you look but change your attitude. Don't consider yourself ugly but see yourself as beautiful. As a woman you have the power to turn this thing around.

Young boys and girls are very concerned with the approval of their peers. So much so that they will pretty much "agree" to anything in order to fit in.

So if the someone asks who likes the color red?

3 people say "i do" and now it's your turn.. you say "me too!"

I know the above example is very simple but the same goes to when someone is made fun of, people chime in and other follow suit because young people are savages.

They are? Don't you mean "why are jerks mean to people they don't find attractive?" There are women that can be just as mean to guys they don't find attractive. It's not dependent on gender. It's simply dependent on how mean a person they are.

Thats sucks. I personally didn't but a few guys would talk behind this obese girl behind her back. I remember in science class I had to partner up with an overweight girl who wasn't the prettiest but she was mean. I try to talk to her but she barely engaged in conversation, ignored what I said and was rude. Also, I was full of zits as opposed to now so yeah maybe she didn't to socialize
