I'm attracted to men only, so my opinion might be biased. I just think the media overemphasizes on female sexuality. I've even heard guys saying men are just not attractive so they don't put much attention to their physical appearance.

If men realized their true potential, everything would be better for straight women, bi women, gay men, bi men, men and women attracted to men in some type of way, and people who aren't uncomfortable with that. For the rest of us, we're fucked as is.

Sort of, but I don't want to be sexualized. Nobody's sexuality should be exploited, but we live in a time now where women are mostly by and large responsible for exploiting their own sexuality. It's "empowering", or so I've heard.

There is an equal amount of sexualization of both genders, although there is much more hatred and stigma given to men for their sexuality than there is for girls.

I upvoted your opinion but I haven't heard that expressed by most women. Even women who love hot guys have told me that they, objectively, find women to be more beautiful and aesthetically pleasing than men.

Seriously, what exactly is this question? This is the definition of sexualize according to the Oxford English Dictionary, considered the Custodian of the English Language;

So, what does it mean to undersexualize men? To downplay their sexuality? That would mean that the question really being asked is "Does our culture/society downplay or otherwise ignore men's sexuality?" Well, again, what does that mean? Men as objects of sexual desire or are we talking about men's sex drive or something else?

I am a liberal and even this question seems to be a bit of liberal pop-psychology bullshit. Now, I want to be clear, I'm not against the question, but it should be reworded in plain simple English to be less ambiguous and avoid these multiple interpretations.

Wow hey, chill there. "Undersexualization" is just a term I saw in the internet, and when I read it I had no idea what it meant. Then I started thinking about male sexuality as seen in the media so I used the term just because.

Obviously, I'm talking about how society looks at male sexuality and the fact the some people voted for option B confirms that a lot of times it is looked as a joke. And as a female, I wish I could see more of a male sexual play on tv than females.

I think I can answer: Yes, for the most part, that is true especially compared to women and there is simple economic and biological reasoning for this. However, the media are changing that and have been for at least two generations. For instance, on The Price Is Right, all the models were gorgeous women. However, in the past few years, the show has very good looking guys as models too.
