What are your thoughts on the MGTOW (Men going their own way) movement. Is it good that they are fighting for a political cause or is it bad idea?

Its apparently a men's liberation/ideology movement from the unfair privileges, sexism and double standard men face in western society. While it tends to focus on gender dynamic issues in western society, they are other political discussion and debates being dealt with. You can find them through online MGTOW communities or websites and face to face seminars in major cities across the world. According to statistics the movement is growing in vast numbers above the million mark. They are pulling out of society and rebelling to counter act against third wave feminism because of its toxic social engineering and sexual strategic laws that take advantage of men. Its a broad topic to explain everything.

MGTOW is a result of a common law. With every action comes and equal and opposite reaction.

Marriage started out as a way to equally distribute men and women to one another in a way that provided for guarantee of paternity, growth in numbers and to have a legal heir with which to transfer accumulated family wealth. Women were focused on building as large a family as possible (few survived) and men were focused on building as big an infrastructure as possible. It was the most efficient division of resources for survival of the species. Back in those days - it's wasn't feasible for women to lead or to work outside the home because most environments in those days weren't amenable to women's weaker frame and lack of aggression (testosterone).

Technology has changed, the environment is safe for anyone to lead or work, thus marriage and birth rates have been declining the Westernized world over for many decades. Women's demand for equality didn't come until men made it safe for them to have equality. Those countries with the highest birth and marriage rates are patriarchal countries, but they too will - and already are - experiencing a rapid decline in marriage and birth rates.

The reason for mass immigration in Westernized countries has nothing to do with warmly accepting refugees and everything to do with frantic population replacement through the outsourcing of birth to the remaining patriarchal countries. Japan is the lone holdout and lost a million in population over the past few years.

Matriarchal societies have never and will never succeed. MGTOW will one day be the mainstream - as it should be. MGTOW is men realizing things they need to realize for their own personal survival. Survival is the only thing that trumps sex. When society becomes anti-male, as it has been for the past several decades, men go into survival mode.

See the big fight by women just recently to avoid having to be apart of the draft? That's the kind of double standards and hypocrisy that drive more men to MGTOW. Women want equality without the expectation of responsibility - which is now blatantly obvious. Only men successfully brainwashed into blue pill gynocentric thinking by their single mothers and those men with natural , mangina like qualities will disagree. More and more, these manginas will become the minority as male psychology and a MGTOW like mindset progresses.

MGTOW isn't a movement. It's nature playing itself out.

Men Going Their Own Way (MGTOW) is a rational response to changes to law and society that have created an environment that is hostile to men.
When males are born, many are subject to genital mutilation.
At school, if they behave as normal boys they are punished and/or medicated until they are zombies. The drugs also cause brain damage.
At school, curriculum, pedagogy and assessment have been designed to favour girls.
When boys seek entry to university, or a job, they are discriminated against by gender quotas.
In the workplace, males continue to be discriminated against by quotas, which place importance on gender, not merit.
When a young man becomes interested in women, he opens himself to allegations of sexual harassment and false rape allegations.
He is expected to do all the approaching and pay for everything, then is called a creep and pervert because he made an approach.
If he cohabits with or marries a female, there is a 50 per cent probability that she will use a court to take everything that he owns, then use a child-support and/or spousal support order to turn him into her impoverished slave for the rest of his life.
There will also be false allegations of spousal rape, domestic violence and molestation of his own children.
All this and some people wonder why a significant and increasing number of men have chosen to not participate in this rigged game, so have walked away.
Blue pill men and narcissistic women may sneer at and ridicule MGTOW now, just as Japanese women sneered at the so-called herbivore men there a decade ago. Ask a young Japanese woman today what it is like trying to find a boyfriend or husband.
At the current rate of increase of the number of men who call themselves MGTOW, a decade from now Western women will be in a similar situation to the one in which Japanese women find themselves today.
The 20-year-old narcissistic party girls will laugh and sneer today. They will not be laughing by the time that they are 30.

Judging from the horrible, stereotyping things I see on their website; their arrogance; their disrespect for ANY female regardless of how she is or without knowing her I'll have to conclude that it's a SHITTY movement with really horrible people believing some of the things they say. Biggest waste of my time ever when I looked at their Reddit and website. They are unfriendly and unwelcome to anyone that isn't a man. They are no different than any other radical movement; including radical feminism. That makes them hypocrites if you ask me. I have looked into this movement in some detail. I agree with SOME of its points however, I'm not convinced that all women are necessarily evil by nature. I think what's more of an issue is the way that men are raised today, rather than the way women are biologically wired.

Men of previous times would take pride in the fact that they could provide for a woman and be a pillar of emotional/financial support. Today, for whatever reason, men are conditioned to believe that not only is this mentality not okay, but that their personality has to be appreciated in exactly the same way that a woman's is. I believe that this is unrealistic and in a lot of ways emasculating. Furthermore, men are not taught these realities from a young age and are hence not equipped to deal with them emotionally when they inevitably discover the truth. Conversely, women are also taught unrealistic expectations of men and of themselves.

For some men, this movement is good. It will get their mind off relationships and in a sense liberate them from their self-imposed torture. In general, I don't think it's a solid approach for the future of humanity, which should probably be an ideology that emphasizes having a realistic understanding of male and female biology/psychology.

I think for most guys listening to stuff like this at 23 is not a good idea.

To be used by women you have to have things, usually money that attracts women to use you.

I have been out of school for several years and worked 80 hour weeks for my first 4 out of college. I still work about 50-55 hours a week. I have an income that Barrack Obama deems to make me evil (Fuck you, Barrack - from the people who work hard and pay for this countries existence, now back to subject).

Okay, basically - I was maybe a 6.5 to a 7 (my own self assessment) in terms of what I think girls viewed me in college. I think most women view me as a 12-13 on a scale of 1-10 now. I know a lot of women look at me as a bank account now and would not have wanted to get to know me several years ago.

Bottom line, listening to this stuff does not help anyone. Only makes someone cynical. If you are scared to marry or have a kid with her, always use a rubber. A hot pair of tits along with a killer body should not make you instantly head over heels. If you make less than 100,000 you don't have enough money for girls to want to use you

I'm MGTOW - I see the video picture and can tell it's Sandman without watching it even. It's not an ideology it's a movement that's passive and not organized as we are not a cult as some are trying to paint it as (feminists and sympathisizers). It's a counter 'response' to how society has elevated the female gender above the male gender, equality plus. So men are leaving the plantation and going their own way, away from traditionalism and conventional marriage/relationships as there are NO benefits to either. Sex is sex and not worth the risk of marriage or relationships as we can acquire sex without marriage/relationships not because we don't want it, but because it's unfairly rigged against men and 9/10 or more times we get f (cked in the end as males. MGTOW is over 1 million strong and growing, why, because it's a necessary response to injustice and hitting critical mass. Cudos to the male own group preference finally. Peace to MGTOW brothers out there.

They aren't "fighting" for anything and they aren't really political. They're just men who avoid relationships with women because of the one-sided laws and the feminist brainwashing of modern women. Most of the guys there aren't the kinds of guys girls find attractive anyway so them telling women that they're not interested has no effect whatsoever, to anybody but themselves they're irrelevant. They think they're having a much bigger effect than they actually are. I can understand some of the reasons for avoiding modern women as finding a good one is like looking for a needle in a haystack these days and dating can suck as a result, but at the same time it's a very sad place because while they claim to be much happier without women all they talk about is how terrible women are, they don't talk about all the cool shit they supposedly do without women.

Wow this thing is actually eye opening. Probably even life changing. didn't dig deep in to what it stand for but ideas that i got so far are amazing. Not misogynist more like girls ether cut that crap or am not interested i can be alone dont really need someone that manipulate. I don't get the whole hating on the opposite gender part although I'd expect there will always be bitter people that would hold grudges and developed intolerances and hang on to their bitter pasts.

I figured not all guys are going to want family and children of their own as not all of them see this world the same way and neither would they all have the same exact outlook on life, this world, etc.
