Are small moles under the eyes attractive?

I've just realised that that little bump I thought for days was a pimple is actually a mole-to-be. It's very tiny now and is only visible when i look real close in the mirror. I do not like moles in General. So I'm just wondering how people would think of a mole in this particular area? Could it be something good? According to the chinese hocus pocus stuff, moles under the eyes are the worst kind. Someone tell me they're not bad... Please. The placement looks like this
