When a girl texts short answers (girls responses wanted)?

Girls what does it mean when you text a guy friend short answers like I know! ,crazy, or reply with just a smiley face. When y'all do this is it a hint for us to stop texting you? or Am I over looking this she always replies to me no matter what or how long it takes. The important thing is that she does respond which shows that she cares but I was wondering could I be annoying her or maybe she just busy?

She isMOST LIKELY not interested, and don't just look over this comment. because I'm a girl and GIRLS ARE TALKATIVE. If she's into you she will ask a lot o questions. If you don't know her that well she probably doesn't know what to say or you are texting very boring-ly. Ask her questions about her and make it not so serious just to test the waters and see how she responds. If she gradually starts to talk a lot more in her text take it as a good sign. Buttt if she still just sends short texts or responds after a long period of time she def does not like you. Trust me! girls do not just send short texts to be "hard to get" You might just want to try to say something to her face to face at school to get the convo going instead of text.If she is a cold BIATCH she will shoot you down for talking to her but trust me most girls like Conversation and tghe only way they could think you're annoying and repulsive is if you act immature and push her and that sort of stuff. Have confidence. You don't have to make conversation but just make a funny remark. And if you say hey, make it special don't just say hey to her 20 times a day. If you like her keep going at it. Girls respect that.

Were just friends right now but am tryin to be more than that .she is going to school about 5 hrs away so weve been in contact for the past 4 months, if a girl takes long to respond it means she not interested or not your not important? she's a busy girl with school and work so I don't sweat it as long she responds which she always has for the past 4 mo. when she does its usually not short but as of late they have been pretty short. you think something is wrong?

We don't know each other very well just as casual friends I mean iknow her daily routine but never have made the jump to the personal level..oh yeah when I don't answer my phone she also leaves me long long voicemails does that mean anything? if she just wants to be friends I'm cool I hope not but I don't wanna lose her she one of the best people in my life

I have done this. If it is more than every once in a great while she is probably not interested. I have responded short when I am busy but will make a point to then tell the person later that I am sorry about earlier I was busy when they text before . If I am interested. If not I don't. Sounds like she does not want to hurt your feelings and cares about you as a friend.

Please please please help!! I have had this same girl for about 8 months and she has a promise ring.. But we have dated off and on twice. I don't know why she's still with me. I have did some things to hurt her. We broke up and I went a kissed on some other girl and she still wants to try and be together. I don't like texting so I do that. Well I like texting but just like that short and to the point. I'm a lazy texter and it has nothing to do with liking or not likeing someone. I think your over thiniing. If she didn't want to talk remember she doesn't have to reply

Not all girls like typing huge long paragraphs that take seemingly forever to finish. If she says "i hate the cold" It means she hates the cold. If she says "you're crazy" then it means she thinks you're crazy lol, maybe a little silly.I type whatever I feel like. No one can tell me what I can and can't type.

maybe she is just not sure yet and wants to see where it leads her? just talk to her normally and if she does it again ask her, in a nice, non-blaming way, why she doesn't initiate things like that but still acts on it?

I personally do this to let my SO know that I saw what he said and didn't just check it out real quick -- I actually read it. If I'm not interested in what he's talking about, I start a new topic.

She gets angry with me if I don't text back, but it's annoying to constantly have the burden of carrying the entire conversation all the time every single day.

I had a really cute relationship. I loved my boyfriend but actually I was shy so I didn't feel comfortable when texting him. When you talk, the words fade but texts stay forever and I used to feel really awkward as I read the conversations over and over.
Or maybe she is just not a texting kinda person. Some people dont like it and you shouldn't take it personal

She is constantly on her phone, texting her friends, facebook, instagram you name it. We have a very open relationship as we know each other very well and are comfortable with just about everything. But she hasn't shared that she doesn't like texting. In fact, I'm the one who hates texting and I've told her that and she gets upset.
