Why do some people enjoy taking uncessary risks to break their bones?
- +1 y
What you mean?
- +1 y
Like skydiving, skiing, snowboarding or summer extreme sportd
- +1 y

- +1 y

- +1 y
Oh lol I wouldn't never do that

I think its just that depending on the person, they put down a lot of invitations on parties and events with friends or other people that people think they probably dislike them. Its possible, people can easily overthink things on someone elses behavior.

I don't like having friends so I hang out more with my family
- +1 y
I don't care about other people my age that is why I don't have friends 😂
- +1 y
Well, that may give off the very vibe of a person who doesn't want to socialize or get to know someone, in which depending on how they can read a person, may think that you just dislike them themselves. Though I envy you, your able to live without a care about what others think of you. I'm the same to a degree, but I still wonder about what they would think of me.
- +1 y
Lol I've always been like that. Because many toom advantage of my kindness so that made me realize that I shouldn't trust people at all except my own mom. She is the only person that no matter what happen to me, she'll have my back
- +1 y
I dislike a lot of people too. But I know why I judge them. I've became more wiser
- +1 y
Yeah I did. But like I said, I have a reason for judging certain type of people
- +1 y
Ok, but closing yourself off from everyone may not be a good idea. Yes you were used, but you should also realize that there are people who a good and actually want to be friends with you (not pressuring you or anything, just saw one of your comments that I missed). But it is good to realize that there are people who use others and that since you realized it, you have the ability to see through a person and possibly see their intentions. But you should remember, with people who take advantage of others, there are others who want to help and be friends with others as well. I understand you have a reason to judge them, but you should also try to see why they are like this. It will make you even more smarter with your interactions with others and leave you less likely to be hurt by others and to also get an understanding of them as well.
- +1 y
Nope sorry. That speech was good in 2010 but in the world we live in now, you'll be surprised at how many ennemies you have (even those we are closer to you). Good people don't really exist anymore. I'm just being realistic
- +1 y
Besides I have my family. I don't need friends
- +1 y
So true, people are becoming cruel, mean, and easily get offensed on the smallest of things. That's why I try not to be what others are. When someone says something to me, I try to see how they would see and and thus, would not find it offensive. I like to think I'm different from other people and that I use logic and I don't let my emotions cloud my thinking, but that's just me. And that's true, before friends we did have family.
- +1 y
People are so surprised when I tell them I don't have any friends when they don't realize that is the smartest thing a person can do
5.2K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I guess it's because they assume that homebodies are people who don't like to socialize. They don't want to have friends or see other people.
Which is not true. They just to stay in a quiet environment.10 Reply
+1 yI'm definitely a homebody 😕
Lmao I don't wanna be hated wtf21 Reply- +1 y
That's how it is in the West 😂 but knowing me, I don't give a flying fuck
Anonymous(36-45)+1 yMaybe they had a crappy home life growing up and only enjoyed themselves when away from home?
I like staying home most of the time. Weights, TV, Movies, Video Games, Board Games, Music, playing with my dogs, ordering pizza and watching football, it's all at home.23 Reply- +1 y
Lol so they have to group all homebodies in one category?
Opinion Owner+1 yI mean maybe they assume everyone has a crappy home life growing up so why stay at home? Or they get in the habit of always going out when in high school to hang out with friends and never change their habits?
- +1 y
Lol I never really had friends and that doesn't bother me

+1 yNever figured that one out. I like being at home a lot. Sometimes it's best to hang around the house and chill.

+1 yBecause we're "boring".
I'd like to go out, by myself but my parents won't let me because I'm a girl which somehow automatically means I will be kidnapped, raped, and or murdered.10 Reply4.5K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I dunno, I love staying at home lying in bed most of the day. Now not every day every week, but 6 days a week :3 no issues

Where are you from? Somewhere in the east?
- +1 y
No I live in Canada but I have an African family so our values are pretty different
+1 yI've never heard of them being hated. I'm one. Actually probably less people hate me because less people know me.
11 Reply- +1 y
That is very true
I only don't like the very lazy ones that flake out all the time after saying that they will be somewhere.
06 Reply- +1 y
Um 😂😂😂 Many homebodies aren't lazy at all. You'd be surprised at what we REALLY DO when no one is around
- +1 y
But I just told that being homebody doesn't mean being lazy. That's a stereotype
- +1 y
Even outgoing people can be lazy as hell. I've met tons of them
- +1 y
Then you're probably a dumb redneck 😴😴😴
+1 yI don't mind homebodies. But all the the time every time. Nah no can do. I'd go nuts
01 Reply- +1 y
Being homebody means different to different people. I don't stay home all the time. But if I go out, I either go out alone or with my mother
I don't hate them. I'm just not a fan of laziness in general, it's just another form. They are missing so much, it won't hurt a person to go out of their comfort zone.
023 Reply- +1 y
I'm not missing out so much. In fact, getting wild all the time is a sign of immaturity. You don't know what's going on in our homes LOL we're not lazy asses. We just have plans for the future that we are slowly preparing today
- +1 y
@Sorenome I'll wait for her answer
- +1 y
Ironically. Reading and writing is an important part in my life but that doesn't mean I like to stay home. If by 'getting wild' you're meaning parties. I'm not about that either. I travel a lot, go to metal concerts, sky dive and most importantly work out (I've been kickboxing for 5 years) at least 4 times a day. All that while keeping up with college.
- +1 y
@ivoriangirl20
Going " wild is immature. I go out at least twice, if not three times a week and I have everything- owned condo, a car, getting a dog soon, a real job- I would reconsider that people who just go out are "immature"
But who am I to judge a total homebody that really doesn't want to do anything... - +1 y
I like to travel too but not taking unecessary risks to break your bones just because you feel adventurous lol this word have a thouands of meaning to me
- +1 y
@Quitkyconfidence Being homebody doesn't mean I never go out. I just like to spend time with my family whether we are doing something indoor or outdoor. I don't have friends and I don't want to. So you can't judge me
- +1 y
I am not your mom. Lol you people have NO IDEA WHAT I'M ACTUALLY planning to do this year. That is what I call being adventurous and rebel.
- +1 y
Adrenaline is temporary. I don't use it as an excuse to experiment life lol
- +1 y
I have no trouble with that. Some people are more outgoing and find those activities interesting, I find them too time to time, but I like to stay at home most of the time. But it's not because of laziness. Maybe your reason to stay at home would be laziness and not pursue your interests. But it doesn't mean everyone who stays at home are lazy.
- +1 y
@Sorenome Who are you talking to?
- +1 y
Thanks. Trust me, I am a very daring person when it comes professional initiatives or just expressing myself without breaking my bones or proving that I am somebody to someone
- +1 y
I do. Lol maybe that's my African side that doesn't like it
- +1 y
We're just really different that's all 😊
I'm a homebody haha. People don't hate me.
