+1 yI'm being honest, so, technically, yes.
I actually hate people, period. But I have different reasons for hating people depending on their race, as well as their sex, and then other things to lesser degrees. I am from the US, though, and I think all Americans are racist but few admit it or face it. I'm mixed black/white, and I have had the most racially negative experiences with black Americans and white Americans, so I hate them the most. I don't really feel the same way about black or white non-Americans at all, and I prefer non-Americans to Americans regardless of race.
I think white Americans think they're better than everyone else, including people from other countries, and I think black Americans complain about how blacks are treated by whites but then they treat each other and mixed blacks worse than everyone else treats us. My absolute worst experiences with people in life have been black people, particularly other black women. I've had many bad experiences with whites, but they are far more subtle 98% of the time if they have a problem with you than blacks are. I have had two white American best friends, even--one for almost 15 years--and they agree with me that Americans are just racist.
So, that's the why and who since I see you asking people who answer that. I do not *act* racist in person towards people--I don't talk to people unless they talk to me, regardless of their race, because I don't like people anyway regardless of race--and most people whom I see in everyday life say they're not racist act far more racist than I do and/or make racist statements and then deny being racist. So, take the responses you're getting with a grain of salt. Like you said, honesty.01 Reply- +1 y

Anonymous(18-24)+1 yI am certainly not racist. I am white and I have an adopted Chinese cousin, and I have many friends that are black, and I treat them like I treat everyone. Color shouldn't determine anything. I don't discriminate on looks, or color/race or on sex. As long as you've got a good personality, I'm fine. Now even if you are a jerk, I will give you the benefit of the doubt. You never know why someone acts a certain way, maybe they've never been loved, and therefore don't know how to show it? You don't know what they could be going through. Treat everyone how you wish to be treated.

Why did post get downvotes?

@NoLivesMatter maybe cause I said 'jack, fuck, and shit'?
Or maybe racists - +1 y
by statis black do more criminals
- +1 y
@puSSSyfuker then I treat them different based on the crime they committed and why they did so. Color has nothing to do with it
- +1 y
they do more criminals by statistic...
- +1 y
@puSSSyfuker but some don't. I'm sure other people of other races have committed crimes, and I judge them for their crimes, not the fact that they were born with skin of a certain color
- +1 y
Actually by stats poor people commit more ctimes. Poor white people are just as likely as poor black people to commit crimes.
- +1 y
@NoLivesMatter exactly! Don't judge by skin color, judge by actions
I definitely have my own biases towards certain groups of people but I don't think it has anything to do with ethnicity.
For example, Goths freak me out a bit, especially the extreme ones like so:
cdn.smosh.com/.../goths-crown.png
... I might be prone to thinking of them as strange people right away with stereotypical ideas of them writing poetry or something like that. But that doesn't have to do with them being Caucasian. I'd just as quickly freak out seeing any person of any ethnicity looking like that.
Same thing if I see a person dressed like this and walking as though they have a limp while acting all hard:
ionenewpittsburghcourier.files.wordpress.com/.../sagging-pants.jpg
I might be prone to think they're young hoodlums or thugs, but again it has nothing to do with ethnicity. I'd think the same even if it's an Asian guy dressed like that. I try to resist that thinking and give each individual a chance, though the negative thoughts pop in there anyway (I work to try not to make them affect my treatment towards those individuals).
Some people might classify this as "racism" but I really don't think it has anything to do with "race" or ethnicity.11 Reply
Anonymous(36-45)+1 yI am, but the group I am racist against, I am still nice to as long as they are nice to me and leave me alone. I just choose to not have friends of a particular race because of too many bad past experiences with the. Too many to want to type it all up.
And I am prejudice against one particular religious group too.
I am fine with everyone else.00 Reply

+1 yYesterday I got heavily criticised on here for saying that black people face systematic oppression as a result of mass hatred. I was told that there was no racial oppression in the US.
I think this post is very telling.31 Reply3.7K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Not in the slightest. I have a very diverse group of contacts and friends.
21 Reply6.8K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Nope I'm not a racist but I certainly am not afraid to speak out when it comes to those of other races doing criminal things, racial crimes or just acts of violence and barbarity in general.
And honestly I'd be surprised if most people now a days actually know what racism actually is and means. Most people now a days use and abuse the word without a second thought, I've seen people call other people racists just because they disagreed with them.02 Reply
+1 yEvery race has its differences. I think certain cultures are superior in different aspects of life. I dont really think their is a supreme race. But I would argue that for the last 700 years European culture has been superior to other cultures and ethnic groups, in terms of advancement of technology and conquest.

You and I are not equal. I think we should be treated equally under law but no two humans on earth are equal. And thats a great beautiful thing! that is what true diversity is.

i know i was just saying in general :)
I think a lot of people are, to some extent. Usually based on their personal experiences with a certain group. I don't like assholes, and if you're Black, Jewish, Italian, whatever... so be it. You're still an asshole. I'm not going to call you a nice person if you're a certain race, just so I don't get labeled-if you're an asshole.

I've lived in 46 states and on 3 different continents, and found good people and assholes in all of them. Obviously... They weren't all the same race and nationality. Both of my parents are immigrants, so I grew up around mostly immigrants. This whole Black/White thing? I just...*wave my hand*... doesn't move me one way or the other. Immigrants are about family and business first.
+1 yDepends on what the definition of 'racist' is because the dictionary is wrong I heard...
Treat people as best as possible when you first meet them, then after that treat them like they treat you. *fills bottles with gasoline*00 Reply497 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Not really I pretty much treat everyone equally, unless/until I'm treated otherwise
01 Reply406 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Not racist, but I'm not attracted to other races, does that make me racist? according to this site it does lol

Thats not racist at all. You can't help who you're attracted to.
Probably a little bit. I wouldn't live in a black neighborhood.
