Girls, when you fart while wearing a small skirt, does the back of the skirt fly up a bit?

They wear underwear, so it can't happen. Also, when men wear bath towels around their waist after showering, it doesn't happen, so it probably won't happen to women in skirts even if they don't wear underwear.

It does fly. Like it pokes out noticeably. But it doesn't fly up like a gust of wind. Its like a finger poking out of the skirt.
