What accents do you like the most?
from the choices, English (london) or irish. the irish one is a bit specific though; i like it when it's like deep and gruff (think jamie dornan's real voice). but in all accents, russian is so appealing. my boyfriend was actually born in russia and he naturally doesn't have an accent, but he can fake one that you would think he lived there his whole life. it's actually quite a turn on haha.
I really like British, but only because of Tom Felton. I used to be a huge Harry Potter nerd back in elementary school. I still really am a sucker for Draco Malfoy. He's great.
All of the romantic language accents like Spanish, French, Italian, etc. but my favorite is the Trinidadian Accent. I overall like the "Caribbean English", too.
There are very few people who speak with a generic American accent. Mostly actors, news anchors and other people who are paid to do public speaking. In many cases, they actually have to unlearn their native regional accent to make themselves marketable to a larger audience.
My favorite USA accent to hear girls speak is the Massachusetts accent. It is "wicked awesome".
As far as worldwide accents go, I like Italian, South African and Australian.
I likes British, Irish and French accents. The standard American (US) accent is also fine. (Many associates it with European-Americans, but Ebonic with African-American)
But I dislikes Ebonic, Southern-American and Norwegian-English accents since it sounds bad in my opinion.
I'm so sorry that I have a southern accent π

English and French accents are very cure for a lady, but my favorite is eastern European, such as Polish and Ukrainian! SOOOOOO sexy!
German, Finnish, Japanese and Texan accents.
In no particular order, I like: British, French, Russian, Japanese, and Korean.
I'm neutral towards: regular United States, Northeast United States, Canadian, German, Spanish, and most South American accents.
I hate: Indian, Australian, Southern United States, Italian, most Middle Eastern accents, and any accent that sounds rural/country.
Maybe for men, but I don't find the accent attractive on women. No offense lol.
English (London) is misleading because the poster definitely doesn't mean Cockney, which is THE London accent. It should say Queen's English in the brackets.
My accent is most definitely English, even if it bounces around the counties a lot. If I spend enough time somewhere, I unconsciously pick up their accent. So I would only do well in the US for so long!
My girlfriend is from China, and I think her accent is adorable. The way she gets worked up when she can't pronounce an English word quite right is insanely cute (at least to me).
For example, she pronounces "bubble" as "bah-ber." She pronounces "pear" like "pier."
I wouldn't trade her accent for a million dollars. I love it too much!
To each their own, I guess.
I love the Boston accent because that's the kind I have. The English accent really annoys me thanks to Geico. Some people think the guy who does the voice is Australian. If you don't believe me look up Jake Wood. Asian accents aren't my favorite either. Otherwise either way there is nothing I like or dislike.
I love caribbean accents, it sounds so niceee. I also love kenyan accents
I'm not really all that attracted to accents to be honest. I don't find particular ones more attractive than others. My boyfriend has a Boston accent which is cool I guess. Lol And I have a slight southern accent.
British, Australian, Irish, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Singeporean, Chinese, and Vietnamese are the hottest accents.
The black American accent, the jewish American accent, and the New Yawk accent are the least attractive.
Well, you're a girl. It's different for guys, especially white guys, because we like Asian women and a Japanese accent really goes well with the whole overly-cute putting-her-hand-over-her-mouth-when-she-giggles Asian girl thing. Japanese accents and other Asian accents are very feminine.
Girls or guys, Asian accents just sound so weird to me. Chinese can't pronounce some words correctly and they get mixed up with R sounds with L sounds, not to mention that they just talk too fast. Japanese on the other hand, they add unnecessary long sounds to the endings, it sounds wrong.
Omg the new york accent is hideous.
French is sexy and dirty.
Spanish/Portuguese is hot and spicy.
Scottish can be intriguing.
American/Canadian can be very sweet, on the right girl :)
You don't like Northern English accents? :(
The English accents & australian accent are the cutest there are. I'm immediately disarmed & interested when a girl uses it. Once when I was fifteen, I stole an online friend of mines long distance girlfriend over Skype because she was from both of those countries & sounded amazing
I love the Scottish accent, as well as the Geordie & Scouser accents from England. Away from the UK, the South African accent has grown on me (but only from a woman - from a man it still sounds like an auditory war crime)
I think it's just that when I was younger, there was a really weird old South African ex-pat that worked with my dad.
Especially for men: Danish (Hollywood Scottish accents are actually Danish accents), Irish, Chinese, Cajun.
Especially for women: German, Scottish, "Normal" American, English.
Both equally: Australian, Welsh (especially Southern Welsh), French, Japanese, Russian.
British/Spanish. But I'm currently into a French guy and I think his English accent is adorable. Never thought that about the French accent before.
Southern USA accents and British are the cutest things ever in women.
German and Russian make you want to just punch the person in the face (in men anyway). Very unattractive in women...
I have a Northern Irish accent, which is basically sort of a mix between Irish and Scottish, but my favourite accent has to be Irish, I hear it all the time and I think its nice :D
I'm a huuuuuge sucker for a country Irish accent. Whenever I hear it my heart melts
Most of the Romance languages, Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, including African and Southern America accents.
I melt for Spanish men. oh my gosh, their eyes and their accent just makes me lose focus of where I am.
Me too!
Yes! Omg
Facts!

I am an Indian and for me the American accent is the most easily decipherable one. And in India there are several accents which are varied depending upon the mother tongue of the speaker. But Australian and Scottish ones are sometimes troublesome for me. I am not a native speaker of English but I find Russian accent to be the most distorted one and most of the Russian people don't even try to comply with the original pronunciations.
As an Australian myself, I can say with 100% certainty that we sound so bogan. I love British and Irish accents though 😍
I picked Scottish because it sounds the funniest. I don't mind Asian accents, as long as I can understand what they're trying to say.
Spanish/South American 👅 And some kinda of British accents not all of them
I love the southern way of talking. Slow and easy. But I love Scottish and Irish as well since thats where my family's ancestors came from.
Where's other? I think the aussie accent is sexy, along with Spanish. Maybe because I like hispanic guys
In this list I like American accent, it sound cool. If not I like German, Dutch and Russian the most.
Whenever someone speaks with a British accent I'm immediately in love, I hate the Swedish accent tho (I can say that because I'm from Sweden)
All of the above are ok. My favourite accent is Canadian. Absolutely love it. And Canada has the best looking women hands down!!
that mix between Cali and Britain. the non snobby with just the tiny accents. it's perfect for a flat neigh Scottish sounding person like me.
I like Australian, Welsh, and Scottish (gentle, not thick) and again Irish (not thick),
I have an English accent.
I like most of the accents I've heard. But I absolutely love the irish, British and australian. (english language)
Spanish, Irish, Boston, Toronto, and Chinese
French is nice but i jave one i wouldn't really choose french
England or Spanish.
I noticed girls seem to love the sound of French, i'm not sure why because to me that's one of the most annoying accents ever
I'm biased and like South African accents but I also like English and Australian accents 😆
British (Newcastle) - overall but I have a thing for girls with the Liverpool accent and girls with a Scottish accent as I find Scottish girls are on the same wavelength for banter as where I'm from "the black country"
I'm English, I speak, what would be called "The Queen's English," and I fucking love Scottish accents, Manx accents too for that matter; find me someone with one of the two, and I'll marry them on the spot β€
All slav accents. They sound very similar to Russian accent.
Where is Australian that is my all time favourite 😂
I love Δ±rΔ±sh and sometimes American sounds so amazing to me I dont know why Δ±t should sound just normal
Δ± hate indian accent
British and Irish.
But more than accent I think it is the voice that attracts me, the accent enhances it
Nope like the way their voice sounds @arjun227
Aussie & British accent mixed is mine. I love South African
Wow I don't know lol thee I really love to hear. Dated an English girl. Man I love the way she spoked!
Canadian for me. And of course British will top the list!
#1 American Country Accent from the South
#2 Australian
#3 Spanish
some people may consider this "British" but I LOVE Australian accents..
Irish 💚💚💚 Jacksepticeye
I like Italian accents! I think they sound very cute and attractive. I wish I had one myself but unfortunately I have a boring country accent.
I have one lol.
I like the Welsh accent but it's not on the list so next to that, Irish :)
I like Caribbean accents the best, like Jamaican, Trini, etc. Australian accents are awesome too👌
I like a guys Russian accent and from a girl Portugese
They're all cool as long as I understand them, lol.
Ohio accents are sooo sexy! Other than that... Emma Watson.
I can't believe there's no Australian option, because that's easily the best one
Scottish or Irish. The only problem is that I have a hard time understanding what they're saying. 😅
You missed Canadian on your list.. I love Canadian women's accents.. the men sound retarded but...
I was watching a Canadian YouTuber the other day and thinking about how great her accent is. Her name is Spencer O'Gallagher.
@macix670 Canadian entertainers sound like Americans. But you can tell the difference if you listen to average folks talking.
Only when its mild, but Russian, Chinese/Japanese, British, Italian. But only mild.
Irish. Scottish. English. Australian. Spanish. Are my top 5.
@ssawyer10
Dang.
Does you username have anything to do with the TV show called Lost?
Danish!
And you love all British ones? Even Scouse and Brummie?
@Blonde401... My eldest brother is a Brummie... he call's me Andoooii! rather than Andy!
@Blonde401 Fair play to you, Brummie is hard to like, so I'll let you off lol Scouse is hard work though, I could tell a story about my first week at Uni in a house with 27 people and two of the loudest Scouse girls screaming and shouting on my first hungover morning away from home giving me a biased opinion. To be fair I've pretty much given the whole story! lol
@Blonde401 Quiet scousers aren't much better to be fair! lol
I have an Italian accent because Italian is my first language, so an Italian accent is my favorite.
I always liked the Irish accent and I don't know why.
