How do I get my boyfriend to stop asking me for money?

he has been out of work 4 6wks and plans to start a new job end of the month. he's asked me to pay his rent. I've said no because I can't afford too he says he understands and promised not to asked me again but soon enough he's asked again saying I can't believe you got care at all to help me...

Are you sure he's your boyfriend and not just some sort of a weirdo mooch?

..yeah...if he doesn't stop asking for money I'd dump his ass asap! You don't know what he's thinking about...maybe stealing some of your stuff and selling it so he could get some quick cash (it's been known to happen), or maybe he doesn't need money for the apartment at all, maybe it's a completely different thing (drugs are my first thought when I see this type of behavior).

I don't even know what kind of a person asks something like that of someone...

3yrs we were planning on getting married next summer...I tried to dump his sorry ass last night & he just said look we'll speak 2morrow...!! he's not getting it at all...

thats just wrong girl! he shouldn't be asking money from you? that shows his not even man enough! I'm sure he could ask his parents/relatives... you should tell him that you can't afford to and that you have to support yourself to... if yous got married and stuff... are you gona still pay for everything.? let him know how you really feel and how wrong it is.

He said he's asked everyone else he thought would help and I was the last person that could help and he was sure I would... I've said how I can't afford it he then says sorry I shouldn't have asked its his problem not mine and how embrassed he feels and crap..promises not to ask me again but keeps sending me text like I can't beleive you don't care to help..!!

If he really cares for you as his girl fiend, he wouldn't even ask for money form you. Us men we have a very big Pride when it comes to money, and one of the rules of manhood is to never ask a girl you love for money. So, in your case, you have better test him very well, and find out if he is in this relationship for money or because he really cares about you.

she's 16 years old. Her friend Marshall is 15. At school He begged her for money. He said he'd give it back later, she gave him 20. He ditched school and went to the super market.

He used his 20 for a bunch of junk food. He ate super fast, and forget to chew a few times. He ran back to school and vomited/ cried in his next class. The girl asked him what happened he says everything is fine.
