Don't talk to him and don't worry about it! This gentleman is coming to your page and stalking you from time to time because he is curious as to what is going on with you currently but doesn't have the balls or the desire to contact you. So what he is doing by blocking you is putting himself in a position where he can not contact you or be tempted to while he is trying to move on. He doesn't want to be tempted! If you see him on Facebook and he unblocks you BLOCK HIM!
Unless you still regularily talk to him, why bother? if it were me tho, I'd take that as a cue to remove him from my friends list.
how do you know he did all this? and why are you monitoring it?
1) Because he can and did
2) Because his girlfriend wanted you to be blocked again
3) He accidently lifted the block, then blocked you again
4) He wanted to keep you around as a FWB
etc etc etc

i think his current girlfriend knows how much you meant to him, maybe he talks abt you a lot. she obviously got jealous, blocked and deleted u. or maybe she caught him checking your profile or looking at your picture...
maybe it was his girlfriend that did it?, it sounds like a "girl" thing lol
