What would be the motivation to get a difficult and stressful job?
Passion? If I really like a job and now that everyone is equally earning then I would go for it. Without worrying about pay.
That's all fine and good until we don't have enough people who like the idea of being doctors.
There are people who like being doctors.
Oh and don't get me started on how fucked the trades are, who would work a job that not only is boring and hard work, but also risks their life and has no benefit of paying extra. Constructiom workers would not exist, they'd die out faster than we could train them because no one would want to do that when they could do what I'm doing, sitting in a nearly empty hotel messaging people online. We'd get paid the same amount, so why would he want a harder job?
Enough to keep the rest of us alive and healthy?

It wouldn't last. There'd be rich and poor within 6 months. Some people are good at spending money and others are good at making money.

I think if everyone had equal money it would be like a class grading system. After a while nobody tried because no matter what they did the score always evened out. Competition needs to be a aspect of our society for it to move forward
If everyone had an equal amount of money the smart people whould great businesses and make investments and end up richer than the stupid people who whould still blow thier money on stupid shit. So basicaly nothing whould change

There would be utter chaos.. there's a fine balance between power and money. One away or another economic equality will result in unequal power distribution. In that sense there would more bloodsheds and losses in the name power.

That's not true. Some people choose to work because they wants to save lives, justice and actually cares about people. Not everyone are greedy and have wealth in their minds.
