apparently it does. Over the last year I've heard several times from the black community that "she ain't black enough". So they're judging their own race by the darkness of their skin I guess.
Fuck all the daft isms. To me regardless to what the person's colour or race or background or religion. As long as they're not an idiot, we're cool.

I’m not specifically talking about black people. Look up Colorism on google images and you’ll see 99% of the images are about black females.
Colorism will always exist sadly. Everyone wants to look white which is disgusting. Even though I'm a light skin black woman I still think every shade of black is beautiful. Whites also age in dog years.

What the hell is colorism?
Colorism is discrimination among individuals who share the same race or ethnicity that is almost exclusively based on color. It happens often in populations of mixed ancestries that lead to a variety of skin colors sometimes even among very close relatives.
Basically, it's discrimination against people because they look different. It's nothing new really. As human beings we just look at the most superficial differences between us and use them as an excuse to discriminate against each other.
It reminds me of the Rich and Morty episode where they went to a planet where the population started killing each other based on the shape of their nipples.
