As free-thinking atheist, I'd rather not visit any of those countries at all for a variety of reasons:

1.) I'd probably get kidnapped/jailed/beaten/mutilated/beheaded/set on fire (in whatever order) for not believing in their imaginary friend called "allah" or cracking jokes about their religion of evil.
2.) I assume it's hot as fuck in there and I'm not really into heat. Warm weather? Yeah, sure, that's nice. Blazing sun and +50C? No, thanks.
3.) Asides from seeing some historical sites (like pyramids in Egypt) that miraculously have survived the religion of evil, I assume there isn't much to do in any of those countries, since religion of evil kinda hates fun: there are very few night clubs present (asides from those semi-legal which severely lack in quality in comparison to fun areas I'm used to), local women are overwhelmingly brainwashed shadows that are seldom visible and there's almost no way to have fun with them (no, not just sex -- I mean, yes, sex is included, but "fun" isn't limited to it sex exclusively), drinking is either severely limited or outright banned and in general other places of entertainment are lackluster in comparison to what I can afford at home.
4.) Pork is my favorite meat, so I'd be very disappointed of not having a local cuisine that involves this precious meat.
5.) In like half of those countries there's a good chance of being blown to shit by some local nutcase who wants 72 virgins while visiting.. well, any place really.

I stayed in Morocco, in Tunisia, and I'd go back there. I stayed in Egypt too,
I passed a short time in Palestine.
I stayed in Turkey too, but that's NOT Arabic.
I'd like t visit Jordan, Libya, Syria and Iraq.
