In my opinion public nudity is absolutely unacceptable, people who attempt to be nude in public should be fined for the first 3 times, after that punishment must come.

The issue is not really that big of a deal for me. If my Govt. decides the nudity is ok, I'm fine with that. Doesn't mean I'll walk around naked though.

No it’s not appropriate for those in public, if you want to be nude go home and fly around all you want. There’s nothing beneficial to those around you if you’re naked. Though it wouldn’t be fair to say they can’t, I say that nude areas in public are acceptable. If you find joy in that do it in a place it’s allowed or in your home

I think it makes sense for the betterment of society to have rules against nudity and rules defining where it's okay to be nude as others have said. Like if you're alone at a lake somewhere, I don't see a reason you should be fined for being topless guy or girl. If a guy takes a piss behind a tree, he shouldn't be fined for exposing himself in public if a child or girl somewhere off in the distance happens to look at him. There's the law and then there's the spirit of the law.

It really depends on context and what you define as public and what you define as nudity. As someone coming from an area where there are tons of nude-beaches - it is public and nude. Does that count as unacceptable? How about a woman breastfeeding in public and thus her boob being somewhat visible? Does that also count as unacceptable?

It depends on the context. Some people think breastfeeding is "nudity". That absolutely should NOT be banned. Walking down a street topless is a no, but on a beach is different.

Yeah, I agree. After 3 times, there should be some prison time or mental health evaluation,. I honestly don't know what the consequences are for multiple indecent exposure violation.

I am conflicted with this one. I love to be naked and show off my body so I don’t want to punishable, but then I don’t think it should also be the norm. I have been to nude beaches and wish some of the ladies and guys would have had clothing, in other cases there were people with fine bodies and I love admiring the girls.

Why is it okay for women to be half naked or naked, would girls like to see an ugly guy wearing a thong with his right testicle hanging out? Women get mad at men/guys for manspreading on buses and subways. Being half naked or naked isn't "liberating", helping others should be more liberating for the soul. I personally hate that everyone has been enslaved by this corrupt society's beliefs. Just because a law has been made, does not make it right. You should question everything. I personally would not be comfortable being nude unless everyone was doing it, but I see absolutely nothing wrong with the concept. It's how we were born. And if we were used to it, then we would be desensitized to the opposite sex's bodies and it would not stimulate us as much.

I’m mixed, I think it really depends where we are talking about. I have 0 issue with nude beaches etc but I think anywhere with miscellaneous public around should enforce clothing. Bare minimum cover your genitals.

It's cultural thing maybe (?) I know some Western or Latin American countries... but in South East Asia, public nudity is a big no-no and carries a huge fine.
