Depends on the context? I mean I wouldn't like to have a lot of people around me naked in the subway train (exaggerated example but makes the idea too clear). However I don't mind if some natural spaces have special laws that allows nudity. I'm ok with not every beach beign nudist but some which are nudist.
When you’re on the beach or lake and everyone is swimming in swimming gear and bikinis you should at least allow the ladies to be bare chested if they feel like it. There should also be parts of the beach where people would be free to (sun) bathe nude too.
Where people dress normally, like the rest of society it should not be normal to allow nudity, in a city, etc. It doesn’t make sense.
People in certain countries are not anymore capable of applying context, what is deemed nornal in situation A is not normal in situation B. Kids can still do this, they won’t be damaged for life because a lady having her boobs out for sunbathing or feeding a baby, adults get weird ideas and their minds in the gutter.
Anyone remember the lady with the bell waking in front of Cersei during her walk of shame?
I have mixed feelings on the subject. The human body is natural and should not automatically be considered offensive. However, there is a time and place for everything. People being nude at the beach because they want to commune with nature isn't so bad. But a person in a city who exposes themselves to others just to get a reaction is obviously creepy and should not be tolerated. Since it is difficult and arbitrary to make a distinction between acceptable nudity and unacceptable nudity, society generally leans towards making all nudity illegal in public.
of course the majority of men have no issue with public nudity, lol. in all seriousness though, where is public nudity acceptable? i mean, if nature's calling and you're taking a dump behind a bush and someone happens to catch a view of your derriere, that should not count.
why do you only comment on men having no issue surly women would not have issue if men were naked. do u often take dumps behind bushes whats wrong with a wc?
It depends bc there are pervs out there. I would say it should be acceptable and female nudity should be normalized as much as male nudity. Sometimes when it’s hot outside I don’t feel like wearing a shirt cutting my grass either. Ironically being topless is legal in New York but no one does it bc people are pervs.
It would just be super awkward seeing people naked on the bus and shit. Imagine your boss or teachers or old people naked. Heck even your parents no thanks.
People who get naked in public unless if your hot women go to prison please. Also hot women please don't get naked just for attenison.
If someone decides to walk around topless, I don't see it as being an issue in of itself (not exactly something I'm too worried about either way in general use areas). Where the real issues lie: the things that happen immediately below the water line. The bacteria that accumulates can be less than pleasant, especially where shared facilities are concerned. I would personally suggest that there be designated areas where such behavior is allowed where people can walk around fully nude (don't want to throw people in jail outright for stuff like this when there are more urgent things to worry about).
Not altogether. There’s designated places nudists are allowed to legally be in the nude. Obviously they shouldn’t be fined in these areas, but if they were to try doing it outside of these areas then yeah, they’re deserving of some kind of punishment for breaking the law.
Nutidity in some designated areas is fine, but not everywhere. You wouldn't want children to look at you walking nude everywhere, and just in case, a girl gets her periods, it's gonna go bad, the same goes for a man getting an erection.
@Philyouup mmm yes i get that. Anyways i won't debate further. Its ones one ce, and about having it having it accepted completely, I don't know. In deignated areas is fine.
I voted that it should be accepted because it was a generalized question. It did not go into details about public nudity. The way I see it is like this, humans are sexual beings. It floods our music, it is in our movies, our books. We (especially men) think about it more than we think about life's essentials, such as water or food. Yet, we act as if being sexual is immoral when someone chooses to express that side of them openly. It is a part of being human. This is why many art exhibits expresses this side as "a work of art." So, why should it be condemned or punished? Now, on the other hand, if the details had have said something to the nature of someone using their "public nudity" to inflict torture, negative feelings, violate others space, etc. Then, yes, they now have a right to punish them. They have now taken this creation to use as a weapon.
@Walkerrose The same children that will turn to porn and be taught what sex is by schoolmates and friends? Surely, I would not want them watching ME, but I would want them know the difference between "Artwork" and creepy
I am talking about the kids who don't know about sex yet, below 10 years old. you wouldn't want them to see nude people. also, watching porn is fine to satisfy your sexual desires when you can't have sex physically. and i feel it's a parent's duty to teach a child "what sex is" once they reach an optimal age, although they teach it on schools but at a very later age, when children already know about it.
@Walkerrose my family went to a very large and very nice clothing optional resort every week when i was growing up. There were 100s of naked people there that were all ages and it was 100% safe and healthy. In Europe kids grow up going to beaches that most girls are topless and/or nude. No one cares and no one looks.
@Paige90 Mmmm, maybe i say so cuz haven't been to somewhere like that, or cuz is considered taboo in the indian society, like parents put things in a child's mind. But you talked of a designated place too. Dressing optional resort, im fine if its in a designated area, but on the main streets, I don't know
For people who acting like there's ZERO wrong with this: When you were a child, let's say.. would you not have been scarred from seeing, for example, a morbidly obese adult walking around naked? If on the bus seat, your head was right next to a woman's sagging tit, or when walking in public, you came to height with and ran into a man's genitals?
You're just lying if you say no. Plus imagine how much faster diseases and infections would spread
It's not all model bodies and ripped bodies out there that you're imagining the benefits of when someone says "freedom of nudity", there are people you don't want to see.
@manmeat "fattist", is that the newest shaming word now?😂 Tbh, I don't feel shame for not wanting to see obese naked people, I wouldn't even want to see naked thing people alone (apart from who I date). There's nothing wrong with being more critical of obese people though when obese is literally OVER-weight. But it's not like I'm actively going out and bitching them, my brother and dad both used to be overweight before they began exercising for health concerns. So fucking relax and understand "fattist" isn't something offensive.
Hygiene? What if you have some ass-cut and you literally sit on a bus seat, then in the next 5 minutes someone else sits on it? Did you think, legiiiitimately think, hygiene is the sole way infections and/or diseases are spread
The human body is perfectly natural and normal and people should be able to dress or not as they choose. Why punish and shame someone for their natural form
Yeah let children look at naked people, it's normal, welcome to the future where everyone has lost all values, self-respect, morals, and ethics
God damn it people are so stupid these days
Stop acting on what your hormones tell you, grow the fuck up you're not children, think a little bit farther than your nose even if it gives you a headache
Even if it is allowed, I still don't think many people would dare to do it. I don't think it has the possibility of harming our society, therefore I don't see a reason why it should be unacceptable. Of course today most of the people are not used to nudism and it's understandable why they wouldn't like it, but I think if it's allowed it could be regulated better than if it isn't.
Bikinis and shorts are worn on the beach so you don't die from overheating and also get a nice tan (except your tan only goes red). Anyway, it's much more comfortable not to get sand stuck to pants, shorts and others.
Yes. Nudity is for private situations. It's not meant to be for public consumption.
I don't see the practical or beneficial applications for being nude in public. Most people don't even like men in short shorts or women breastfeeding... Nudity is inherently sexual. Get he fuck over it people. And I don't want to desexualize it.
Children don't need to see your naked body. Us adults don't need to. It should stay illegal. Not imprisonment but a fine.
Yes it should be punished. Some people maybe comfortable with it but what about the others who are not?
Why do some people force things down our throats?
We have been forced to accept women's serialised clothes by some bloody "feminists". And women no longer look natural, they keep applying that damn makeup all the time. I already dislike lots of stuff around me.
Now if they want to make nudity acceptable, I will hate it.
I don't like the idea of it but some people live nudist lifestyles. Let them do them without consequence. They keep to their own, I've never seen anyone do it in a place of 'fully-dressed' people..
As a Massage Therapist, I have seen quite a bit that is better left unsaid- and for that matter- unseen. But I digress - - I do, however, understand the philosophy of social nudism. There is an abundance of people who choose to just not wear their clothes some of the time in certain settings. Naturist clubs require showers at appropriate times, use of a sitting towel, separate from your drying towel. Most of all, they realize while they choose not to wear clothes in certain social settings, this is NOT an open invitation to wanton sexual advances. Cameras or camera/phones either can't be used at all or at least not without permission. The legal naturist clubs are generally well isolated from casual sight with strategic use of trees, hills, curved access roads, etc. so direct sight by an inquisitive child's eyes is highly unlikely. That said, I do believe that nudism should be reserved for those locations and not for all public areas.
You, sir, are an exception, no make that sexception to the rule. I always believe a massage therapist is a prostitute, until proven otherwise. I will take your word for it, that you are not one though.
I think it should be punishable. It's very unhygienic to walk around and sit around naked in public, especially with women, cause I don't need any free bleeders sitting everywhere.
Nah. It should be required to be nude except in bad weather. That way nobody would feel bad that they cannot afford fashionable clothes. Fine people for wearing clothes, except at parks marked with signs saying "clothing optional".

Should not be allowed at all.

nudity**
Will children burst into flames? Eyes melt? Lots of people grew up nudists and aren’t harmed.
@Philyouup i know nothing will happen to them physically, but you know there's and age for everything
@Philyouup also tell me what if a guy gets an erection or a girl gets her periods
They are naturally occurring events. Unless you make a big deal over it how would a child know anything else?
@Philyouup mmn yes, but its going to be a problem for the
The girl*
If no one makes a big deal over it then that’s just her issue. And she can choose not to go or just wear her swimming togs during that time.
@Philyouup what if she's walking and she gets her periods?
Well if she is not semi regular she will know about when it will come. And no one says she has to be nude.
@Philyouup mmm yes i get that. Anyways i won't debate further. Its ones one ce, and about having it having it accepted completely, I don't know. In deignated areas is fine.
Yeah I agree. But your right. Designated areas are fin. Have a great day.
@Philyouup lol its night here XD Thank you and have a good day too! ^^
Where are you?
@Philyouup India
That makes sense. Lol. Well have a good night then!
@Philyouup thank

@Philyouup peeing is natural, taking a shit is natural. Poisonous mushrooms are natural... What's your point.

I wouldn't care if a girl got her period while nude.

Because I don't want to see you naked. It's wrong. It's gross. It's unnecessary and benefits no one but dudes who want erections.
And the "it's natural" is not an argument. Well technically it is but it's an illogical and rather retarded one.
@SirRexington how is it illogical as an argument? The human body is wrong and gross? That comment is idiotic.
Excellent answer.

surly most people almost do it at the beach when in bikini and shorts
Highly doubt it. Everyone has secret insecurities about themselves. Men and women alike.
