Rape is unequivocally wrong and abhorrent, and it is deeply unfair when a victim has to deal with additional consequences as well as the violation itself. It’s beyond awful when a woman becomes pregnant as a result of rape, and she will be forced to deal with it one way or another. The same goes for the transmission of disease, or physical injuries. It’s absolutely shitty and wrong, and the only way to stop it is to prevent rapes from happening in the first place.

It is no less despicable for a woman to rape a man than it is the other way around, and it’s equally unfair if he has to live with additional consequences. He doesn’t deserve to become a father against his wishes, or to sit by as his fetus is aborted, but two wrongs do not make a right. The punishment for rape isn’t rape, the victim of a beating doesn’t get to beat up their assailant, and a civilized society wouldn’t murder a murderer. A female rapist should be punished according to the law, and that means incarceration. It does not include a violation of her own bodily autonomy.

When rape can be proven, a male victim should not be responsible for child support any more than a male perpetrator should be eligible for custody. These are not the remedies that victims deserve, but they are the ones we can give them without answering one atrocity with another. We still need laws in many places to ensure that they get this much, but a woman’s right to decide what happens to her own body is absolutele.

legally this is up to the jurisdiction because case law about this stuff is few and far between and most judges wouldn't apply equally a case where the genders were reversed. However, from a purely technical point of view if the man can prove the woman raped him then she would be sent to jail and the child even if it were born would be sent into protective services not to the father. There is no reasonable judge that would make a rape victim pay alimony, especially since once the child would be born the rape case would be wrapped up and could be used if the woman tries to sue the man for alimony.
From the ethical perspective, just as the woman forced her actions on the man, the man cannot force his actions on the woman. That being said he should not be morally responsible for the child or the woman in any way.
