Honest question here, it's confusing because Liberals claim that "minorities neither can be racist and nor commit hate crimes because they don't have 'institutional power" (as if the average White person had, but voilà).

The dominant Liberal narrative is "White people are evil", "White people suck", "we should be ashamed of ourselves", and then we see a Black Liberal politician saying that they want to clean their country of all White people and act as Hitler did to Jews and all these people who brag about "tolerance" and "being anti-racist" stay quiet? Wasn't that an expression of racial hatred? Should it be seen just as a "political exaggeration", as his Lib colleagues suggested? Liberals who want to punch nazis: would you punch that Black guy? He said he wants to act like Hitler...

Can people here explain why there are so much double standards towards racial hatred on the Lib narrative these days?

I don't believe you have to be a specific race to be racist towards another.
in my opinion if anyone deliberately use someone's race to cause significant harm towards another, be that physically emotionally or verbally, damaging their property or causing significant distress within their life effecting the way they live, (Inducing threats/hate speech). Then they're being racist and should be held accountable.
If you turn this opinion around change it to his name or race? Would he be upset and and live in significant fear be him or a member of his family or another human being? Yes, and there is the answer. Yes he is being flat out racist.
(However I dont believe people should deem bar bar black sheep as being racist, as it is here, it's a song about wool and sheep, to turn into a race matter is more racist than the song itself, as we're all aware of it's true meaning. (Which isn't race orientated at all).

Then the country would have to pay at the rate of what would've been paid in 1865. There could be no interest added to the original amount because it would bankrupt the country. That is an absolute. It would then have to be split among the original number of slaves. 4,000.000. Just googling around, $1 an acre looks like a reasonable sum and a mule might be worth another $40. So let's say 100 per freed person. Man woman and child. The original figure would be $400,000,000. If every black person in the US could prove a slave relation, they might end up with $100 a piece. Some white people would get reparations because they could be traced to a slave relative. They might get percentages based on their percentage of black blood. Do you see how crazy this would get? No one living today is 100% black anyway. So no one could get the full amount, right? What could the rules be? It's an absurd proposition. Too much time has passed. Legislative reparations would be far more effective. Work on parity and human rights. This old chestnut has been beaten to crumbs... It would divide the country not unite it. It's foolish.

If you ate food from the South, you shared the spoils of slavery. There were northern wealthy people who "shadow" owned Southern plantations.
