A knight is not an assasin. They may have been a murderer but not all knights were murderers either so I dont think that statement would be fair either. Though I think the spirit of the statement is that they were often abusive of the common folk and not so much a savior as the phrase "knight in shining armor" may imply may hold a ring of truth to it.

Tell that to the arch bishop of Canterbury.
Honor was a big thing back then so i think you're wrong.
Honour extended only to other nobles, present a were fair game for anything. Rivial knights and lords used to kill and rape the serfs of their rivals
Not just foreign lands.

Well and serf-slavers. Don't forget that part. And general idiots who died from wearing eighty pounds of metal and getting too hot more often than they ever did in battle.
That said, there were knightly orders that held their members to a high standard, such as the naval Knights of St. John or various orders of landed middle eastern riders
To be fair the foot soldiers died and knights randsomed each other
Knights are not just one thing, they are a collection of many different things depending on the location and time period. That said the were fundamentally soldiers so its fair to say they were often not nice people.
They were mote than just soldiers, they were more like officers in today's army that were given wealth and postion from birth.
Assassin? No. Assassins kill by stealth or surprise and target the wealthy and powerful. Assassins have (usually) single targets at a time. Knights were military. They didn't use stealth, and their version of "surprise" was to wait behind a hill then try to charge over or around it. They were soldiers, not assassins. They were the richest and best-equipped soldiers of their day.
As for rapist, that was no more than any other soldier of their day.
Yes, especially near the end of what you would call feudalism, knights resorted to robbing merchants and kidnapping them for ransom.
Of course not. A knight is more like a killer/robber thug. Rape is just the extras.
I don't think so... I think knights had some sort of code of honor. Soldiers however...
Knights only had a code when it came to other nobles.
Not just in warfare. You gotta realise that these guys had absolute power in the town's and villages where they lived. It wasn't a crime to rape a girl if she was a serf espicially if she was your serf.
Probably not as honor was a massive influence. Which you've completely disregarded.
Honour only applied to the nobles not the present a shovelling shit. Perhaps look at what knights actually did.
Local rapist? No wonder women fantasize about them so much.
Putin is a gay knight.
I suppose. Most homophobes turn out to be gay
Perhaps, but I'm not sure.
lol.
Not here.😂
