I have dated both males and females and I have found the opposite to be true- sometimes it seems that the less attention someone is getting the more they try to get attention.

Also, in high school and college, I was friends with both loners and popular kids, the outsider kids and the idealised lusted-after kids, drama queens and condescending rationalists. Most of the truly crazy ones were not considered attractive, and the 'hot kids' were mostly sane and kind.

I myself am batsh*t crazy and I am far from 'hot'.

Craziness is a set way of being, regardless of outside beauty.

I have known both males and females who were trying to get someone to date them but were socially awkward and so would complain to anyone who would listen about how their desired object was 'crazy' or 'flaky' or 'mean' .

Personally, I know that there have been times in my life when random guys would try out PUA technique on me and I caught on and told them to leave me alone before anything got started and their reaction was a big grandiose call-out to their group of friends about how weird bitchy or crazy I was.

I think pretty people must have to put up with 10 times the sh*t I put up with and I know my LITTLE bit of 'hot'ness creates insanity producing scenarios...But they are scenarios,different from being inherently crazy.

Couldn't tell you, I don't have much experience with pretty girls. They are more likely to be the center of their social circles, so maybe more drama comes their way? I couldn't say for sure.
