Abortion is a murder. But it's legal and it's impossible to criminalize it. Rather than imprison women doing abortions government should create conditions which would make doing abortions unnecessary.

Why would we starve to death if we stop murder? Abortion is just a euphemism for premeditated murder of an unborn child. The child is getting murdered during an abortion, is completely defenceless and often in a stage of development where they can feel pain and fear.
And in some countries it's even legal to commit abortion until the child is born. So if you commit murder against a child a day before they are born, it's perfectly legal, but if you commit murder against them a day after they are born, you get death penalty. Where is the fairness in that?

That is a zero dangerous thing, as the government can arbitrarily determine that someone is not a human based on their age. They have always been human. Most abortion laws come from an era where we didn't have as much scientific knowledge about prenatal human development. But people should not be criminalised if they did not intentionally choose to kill their unborn child - if they had a spontaneous miscarriage.

There's a difference between the 95+% of all the abortion cases where it's healthy consenting adults getting an abortion because of the "inconvenience" in getting a child and the cases you're mentioning which is less than 2%. Abortion shouldn't be legal for healthy adult women who clearly consented to sex and when their lives aren't in danger. That one should be obviously. It's dangerous to be pregnant for children, so in a such scenario it would be one survive or two dies scenario. Adult rape victims should be informed properly about what an abortion do and be taught abortions aren't a good thing to do. Lessons can be learned without imprisonment too. Abortions just makes rape victims more traumatized, so encouraging them to get one would just make a disaster more disastrous.

You can still do a lot while being pregnant. A pregnancy isn't a disability and shouldn't be viewed as such either. Even disabled can do a lot. 9 months isn't a long time compared to "forever" and "permanent eternity". An abortion means permanent death to the child and you can't change it back if you regrets. A life gets lost. Therefor abortion should never be encouraged or socially acceptable. Even if it was legal, it shouldn't be a trend or acceptable.

Making laws for abortion just interfere's with people's view. I don't view fetus as humans so does sperm and egg cells so I wouldn't say it's killing but rather shedding or discarding. But saying those are humans, well those are your views. I don't like sex being taken for granted not because I'm concerned for the fetus but for the mother's health but I still give them choice to abort with their own consequences. Pro lifes want every baby to be born, but they don't care if that baby is going to be an orphan all their childhood, or if the baby is going to suffer malnutrition, or if the baby has no medical insurance and end sick and dies or if the baby is going to grow up feeling unwanted, develop depression and suicide. They want all babies but they are not going to take care of them. If they really cared that much they would offer themselves to take care of every unwanted kid of people who are going to abort.
