  Yes. It's called free will to choose however you want your life to turn out! For the most part that is! We have laws and rules we have to abide by in our country in order to be civil and organized but still! Outside of that, it's pretty much anything goes!   I think dating within only one race without even considering women/men of another race is slightly racist. While I might prefer one race above others, I wouldn't hesitate to date against that preferance if I found someone I really liked. Preferances aren't racist but dating solely based on race is.
