I would also say, judging by the very fact that the sex ratio is so skewed in favor of young men over women stop teaching men that their only goal and satisfaction to prove that they are men is to have sex, can aspire to better things in life when not so focused on sex. Stop making victims out of them and teach them etiquette how to win a girl over and enough of the pushy toxic masculinity. So many guys today are obnoxious and rude that even if I had a desire to have sex with a particular one, would be instantly turned off
In places like India and China, and yes the USA in many cases, lessen the need for the familiar and cultural preference to have sons.
Stop shaming homosexuality, if men have the curiosity to explore and don't have any luck with women, they can find similar intimacy with other men. Due to the sheer numbers of men in the places some have to access that they may never find a female and will remain single and sexless sadly unless homosexuality is deemed much more acceptable and not confined to orientation labels. They don't have to be "touchless" forever
Either way there are too many lonely partnerless men, who do not have the capacity to find a woman much less know how to treat her.

As much as I always argue that there are artificial social and political forces (cultural Marxism; gender bending; feminism; emasculation etc), that are deliberately designed to fuck up gender relations and mens ability to date and reproduce generally, one cannot let the irrationality of "equality" taint our views of the cold hard reality that some people just can't cut the genetic mustard.
All these incel/MGTOW types are the bottom of the male gene pool, if they are electing to exit out of the reproduction game, then why try and reintroduce their wasted genetics back in?
Eugenics is often viewed as evil swastika wearing Madmen and gas chambers, when in reality pretty much every healthy society partakes in eugenics. If you want a society full of strong, handsome and competent men, who in turn can mate and give birth to more competent men and pretty, happy women, then why on earth would we allow the venemous toxicity of weakness continue to exist and plunder the genetic lottery of life?

This is the natural outcome of human social "progression" in which people are free more and more to choose who they want to be with. The undesirables are cast out, and their genetic line dies with them. The fact that it's mostly men shouldn't come as a surprise, as men generally date down and women generally date up, so when you're a 1 or a 2/10 male with no social skills (read: bad genes that, by the laws of nature, should not survive) you're really probably not gonna find anyone that wants to be with you.
It's a male and female problem caused by the stupidity of male and female humans. Now, if males and females would learn to treat each other with love and respect, instead of objectifying and abusing each other like what goes on these days, there'd be fewer, or no, incels in the world.

No man is involuntarily celibate. There are women out there who will have sex with you for money. It might not be something you would do, and that’s for you to choose. But there are ways for you to get sex. So being celibate is totally voluntary.
Teach people how to take care of themselves, create their own success, and stop teaching people that they're entitled to anything more than the right to life and the right to try and make something of that life.
Kick them out of society. That kind of self centred, selfish, self entitled and lazy attitude is ruining society.
