I donât think #metoo has anything to do with it.
It think it has always been a better idea for Women to approach first. It is safer. And clearer. And less likely someone will lie pretending they want more, when itâs just about sex.
I think itâs good for women to take the lead period, bc they are more vulnerable physically. Itâs easier for someone to manipulate you if they are â schemingâ Less risky if you are in control bc no element of surprise. Women wonât approach guys they are uncomfortable with. Men are often complaining they feel like women they approach are uncomfortable.. So if women take over, everyone would be a lot more.
Also, since men claim they canât understand women and have no idea if she is interested... take the pain of confusion away.
Women are more likely to approach a person they are interested in as apposed to just for sex. And more guys seem to be OK if it IS just for sex. Again it seems less problematic for women to approach first.
And like it or not we still 200s of years after supposed equality, are in a rut where women in order to be desirable, are often expected to be inexperienced to any suitor, but magically functional once IN the relationship... If it is the norm socially, for women to approach, we slowly get rid of the stigma against women having relationship experience. It will no longer be expected or the mark of attractiveness , that she is innocent naive and clueless and meek.. which means less pressure for her to play games and be insincere. Better for EVERYONE...
#DISCLAIMER
I think ANYONE should approach anyone they are interested in, provided they are respectful. I donât believe in segregating cultural responsibility. I think it is harmful And stunts emotional Social and intellectual growth. I was just responding to the question, as to why I, think it just makes more sense, for women to approach. If you are putting it between genders.. which I donât think is necessary. I DO think it is necesssry for it to be normalized that a woman with interest in a person be encouraged every bit as male counterpart to go for what she wants. Not the anemic 2+2 = 10 version:
â Well go for it in the sense you should allow yourself to be interested, but donât actually show it or DO anything go give the impression you actually ARE interested.. itâs unbecoming and looks desperate. â
Can you imagine how the world would operate if the same logic applies do school and work. Be interested, but be silent. Tye best thing comes to those who wait. 🙄
Its better to have a tape recorder with her consent
Protect yourself lol
Seeing as I have had all female initiated relationships. And after a relationship gets serious, girls think it's ok to have sex with me without my consent, I don't think HER consent would be the issue there đ¤ˇđ˝ââď¸đ´đ¤đ§đĽđŚ đł

@Apple1996 @WhiteShoulder @Female_assasin @Some_Goof @SweedyPie is it weird that I love spending time and my thoughts more with cars than women?
Ronald_25 you are not alone , trust međđđ
Its just, when I see a beauty body in either case, I tend to prefer spending time with a car rather than a woman, even though she puts sex on the table.
Cars don't complain, they don't ask for much, they don't nag you, they don't tell you what to do, they don't have a time of the month, they are clear on how much they cost and maintain. Cars bring me so much bliss and joy, and all my car's need is diesel, an MOT every year and a service every 2 years. Please see some of the cars that star in my dream while my girlfriend is raping me:

True , you don't have to be bound to something when interacting with machines , i have figured that i don't want any man or woman in my life except for sex , i see all of u as sex objects đ đ
So I am a sex object to you? đ¤Ł
I see my girlfriend as my partner in crime, whether it's shopping, swing dancing, Kickboxing, robbing a bank, cooking, cleaning, money laundering, having sex on my car, holidays etc
She is my other half, we have complimentary personalities and behaviours, we trust each other completely and have aligned out life plan and goals so we help each other achieve them. That is what it means to be my woman.
If i had total control of my life and ny decisions, i would have loved to change my partners from time to time , or not have partners at all , just friends with benefits , but the annoying thing is , they would fall in love with me , just in these 5 days , 3 guys i was befriending confessed their love for me.
I feel that you need to live the Bachelor life that I have these past 10 years, having a raster of a minimum of 2 NSA partners you alternate between to keep things new and interesting.
I'm too old for that stuff now, now to make an honest woman out of a girl and settle down đĄđ§đźđ§đ˝đđą
Thanks for mho
Naaah not interested in getting STDs and ruin my reputation either.
I might probably get married God willing.
I went 18 years hoping a girl would come up, say hello and weâd start dating. Only the girls I wasnât attracted to would boldly approach.
As soon as I started making the first move, I started getting dates, having sex and getting into relationships. I learned that taking the lead makes things go my way much faster and I get to decide.
In regards to the metoo era, I think itâs more important for the sexes to understand eachother better. Iâve never been wrongfully accused of rape nor have I forced a woman to do anything. In fact I had a girl once tell me I was annoying for always asking if âthis was okâ when we got intimate because I needed that assurance that she was ok.
If youâre a good guy, you donât need to worry about becoming a hashtag. You can take the lead but make sure sheâs 100% ok with what youâre leading her to. Some girls become silent and other girls say yes out of fear and later realize they didnât want to but felt pressured. Itâs really muddy. But my advice is ask. Always ask. If she says anything but a yes, fall back. Donât beg or pressure her.
I think wiser words won't be said on this thread buddy, your reply not only covers many bases, but has a warm tone to it with plenty of good lessons learnt from many bachelors and bachelorettes.
Probably not me though. I approach dating like a female, observing potential partners, doing my research and sending signals to encourage a female initiated relationship. Just the way I roll.
Also I have a female on male rape fantasy/fetish/desire which either freaks girls out or we enter a whole new world where I'll be the one feeling fear, pressure and lack of consent which feeds the desire to be taken by force. My partner, on the other hand, feels very comfortable, safe and in complete control đđź
No. A man should always be the leader if you want the traditional benefit of that which is not having a life full of drama and chaos.
That said, in the age of feminism there is zero reason to pay for a date until she has proven sheâs really interested in you and capable of focusing enough to give you a chance. If sheâs going to openly treat you like 1 of 100 dudes why should she expect you to do anything special for her? That would be azz backwards.
If she canât act like a lady, you donât treat her like one. Period.

I have No Problem approaching Guys. But saying women should approach cause men fear they could be me too'd is Like saying women should stay away from men cause they're all rapists. The average Person is not a nutjob. Besides I wouldn't want to date someone who doesn't even Trust me that little anyways
Rape can be prevented with martial arts training and weapons , not being alone in wired places or staying inside. You can't defend yourself against a rape accusation, even if it's proven false , it pretty much means the reputation of a man accused of it is destroyed not to mention most women don't get charged with making up a life destroying lie.
@grega239 saying women should stay Home If they don't want to get raped is almost Like a prison sentence. Besides most rapists Go for someone in their own circle. So staying at Home isn't even effective cause it could be a Cousin, a friend of the Family or whatever. And yes women can Work Out. I've been boxing since I'm 12. But I'd still stand No Chance against a man twice my size. And carying a weapon has been proven to He a disadvantage to the victcim cause in Most cases the rapists will Turn it against her. Besides, what If He also has a weapon? And the psychological consequences of rape can stick with the victim for years to come Just Like the false accusation sticks with the Person. I'd personally rather be falsely accused but I know that it can also cause serious harm and Others probably would rather be raped than Go to jail. Both scenarios are terrible. But what I'd agree in that women should face much longer jailtime in general. Male and women should do the Same time for the Same crime. And women falsely accusing someone should obviously be punished
@Prime_Sol l'm comparing real rape to being accused of rape. And being raped can also destroy a womens life
@Prime_Sol but doesn't a crowd eliminate the risk for men too? Cause there will be witnesses. A boob grab won't send anyone to jail and the girl can't say it's rape if there are witnesses. Besides, there will be a Point where both are going to be alone. People can't Date in Public forever. And after Maybe 4 dates you still can't know someone enough to be sure they'd never do any If These. So it's better to Trust people or Just quit dating
If you're a trained fighter you absolutely stand a chance. I fucking hate this " men are bigger and stronger" argument. That's like saying having a bigger gun automatically makes you a better shooter.
The only reason the attacker can turn your weapon against you is if you hasitate. Just stab the fucker or pepper spray him to death.
I'd rather get stabbed or shot than being falsely accused of rape.
To be a wet blanket, most rapes are committed by someone the victim knows statistically speaking. Being weird places or having weapons or whatever won't always protect you. Also rapists have been getting more and more lenient sentences or haven't you heard? It's becoming a disturbing trend.
@Mädchen
Sexual assault is defined in the state of California as unwanted touching of a person's intimate parts, as defined in Section 243.4 of the California Penal Code.
It carries a maximum of 4 years on jail. So, a boob grab can 100% get you jail time.
Also, in law, a witness is there to provide what they "did see". So unless a witness can say "I was watching the whole time, he never touched her" the witness is useless in defense. But a witness saying "I don't know what happened. She was crying and yelling and seemed scared" is very useful for prosecution. The guy doesn't even need to be convicted. Being arrested will for it will show up on background checks.
4 dates can happen anywhere from 4 days to 4 months. But we both know a girl isn't getting raped in public 9/10 times. A girl can cry rape/assault/harassment anywhere anytime.
Staring is considered sexual harassment.
California law prohibits sexual harassment by persistent leering or staring. Cal. Gov. C. §12940(j)(1)
So no, a crowd doesn't eliminate this problem for men.
Your name is girl? I like that!
@Mädchen "But saying women should approach cause men fear they could be me too'd is Like saying women should stay away from men cause they're all rapists." You said that but its not the same thing. Men can not protect themselves because of the laws. Men have no choice. But women have a lot of choice. Rape is so rare. But false accusations of rape and harassment cases are so much. And an other problems stupid courts don't give punishment to the false accuser women.
So stop whining like a feminist.
@Mädchen while what you are saying is true. I think you fail to understand one thing, there are no defence against false rape charge, even if he's cleared of all charges by law, a lot of people still think that they just could not get evidence for it and thus he's still guilty in ayes of comunity. Man walue reputation, that shit destroys it.
On the other hand there are defence against rape. Both are terrible but one of them can be prevented, other can't.
@Janncis yes so get they are in a terrible Position If accused of rape. And I know the Stigma often stays even If they are proven to be innocent. I'm Not trying to argue what's worse, rape or being accused of it. What I'm saying is, it's Not like half the female Population would do this. Or that half the Male Population are rapists. The should be a Minimum of Trust. Besides, there is really No difference If the women approached the Guy. She could still accuse him of rape.
I think there's a lot of wisdom in that, however, I think a better solution would be to start any relationship as nothing more than friends and only to approach the topic of dating once you have some idea of the kind of person they are. If you know that they're not the type to accuse you falsely of something you didn't do or aren't going to be spiteful if the relationship doesn't work out, then you can pursue the relationship respectfully whilst knowing whether or not it's safe to take the lead in the relationship. Likewise if they seem like the type who might try to hurt you or get revenge if the relationship doesn't go the way they want it to, you can either give them full control over the relationship, or... just not go into the relationship in the first place. Starting as friends leaves room for discernment. Meeting a person and dating them soon after really just doesn't.
I think its too extreme to think a normal girl will take offense if yiu ask her out and think it as sexual harassment. I know it may happen but the chances are low i guess
As for women taking the lead, that's refreshing and good, nothing wrong with that, i fact many guys like it when women initiate the whole thing.
I don't care for the 5 lads who gave you a thumbs down, I'll be sure to hunt them down and kill them đđ¤Ł
As for you opinion, I partially agree. My very vunerble, caring and a bit too homoerotic friend's sweater thread got caught on a girls jacket at club so she threw her drink on his white shirt (worn underneath). đ He got kicked out from the club for sexually harrasing her! đĄ
He's bisexual and has now, along with many of my male bi friends, has given up on women. With other single men I know wishing they were gay đ¤ˇđ˝ââď¸ what are we gonna do?
This is more of an extreme feminism issue than MeToo.
This is very dangerous and detrimental for nice guys. As once you are falsely labelled a harasser or rapist, that reputation sticks and will impact the rest of his life.
And if the girl who accused him says 5 years later "there are no nice guys left" then that is Goddess Karma at work đ¤ˇđ˝ââď¸âď¸ I fucking love Hinduism đď¸
There is nothing wrong with approaching women and flirting. Just be respectful and back off if she seems uncomfortable or uninterested. Itâs literally that simple. You can wait around for women to approach you if you want, but personally I think thatâs not a good tactic.
This is one thing that I've always been curious about, i never have the confidence to approach women, partly because i think that they might think im creepy which isn't true. Unless your over 6 ft and very handsome, women won't approach men as its the mans thing to do. I wish it wasn't but women presumably want the guy to impress them by making the first move
@updog45 itâs actually not very difficult for most people to tell if a person is uncomfortable. We donât expect you to be mind readers we just want you to listen to what weâre saying and observe our body language. Its simple human communication.
@chaznthat stop assuming things about women. Stop assuming that you know what they want. You could just approach her, tell her that youâre interested in her, ask if sheâs interested in you, and then you can just listen to her answer and then youâll know for sure. Not all women like the same kind of guy.
Except its not that simple because most women are uncomfortable with confrontation and won't tell you if you're doing something that bothers them or if you're making them uncomfortable. The only reason you don't think its difficult is because you're not the one being expected to do all the leg work when it comes to dating. I'm not an incel by any means and I do date but I think women are genuinely feigning ignorance if they think dating as a guy is the exact same as dating as a girl. It's not. Its much much more work and more often than not, its mentally exhausting.
In the age of #MeToo, asking women out outside of tinder or other dating apps is a recipe for disaster and a lawsuit waiting to happen.
@Cherokeehp im not saying all women do the same thing, thats just massively generalising. However, judging by my observations and all my friends and family, 95% of the time its the mans job to approach the woman. Im all for women coming to chat me up though lol đ
@chaznthat thatâs exactly my point tho. Most women expect guys to make the first move, so if you donât approach because youâre scared of getting âMeTooedâ then the chances of you meeting a potential romantic partner are slim.
@DWD1994 I never said dating as a man is easy. Itâs probably much harder because you all have to face rejection more often. But I am a girl, which means I do have a womanâs perspective on being approached. Most women donât have a problem with being approached as long as you respect her, donât invade her personal space and boundaries, and you donât come off as total creep. Saying hello is completely acceptable. Giving a compliment is completely acceptable. Politely asking for her number is completely acceptable. Continuing to pursue her after she has made it clear that sheâs no interested is unacceptable. Touching her when you just met her is unacceptable. Using cheesy pickup lines or treating her like a sex object is unacceptable. Itâs pretty simple.
I've seen men get called 'creepy' for approaching/talking to a woman even when they were respectful, didn't disrespect any boundaries, etc.
For example, take a look at this article written by a woman that was offended when men complimented her tattoos
everydayfeminism.com/.../
Most women are extremely apprehensive when being approached by a man (unless its through tinder or a dating app). Usually the thoughts running through their mind range from "What does this guy want? Is he a rapist? Will he physically assault me if I reject his advances?".
There's very little room for error. One fuckup and it's over, which is why women should do the approaching.
And its not like men like doing the approaching. We only do it because women refuse to approach. If I refused to approach women, I would've never lost my virginity.
@DWD1994 Thatâs from a website called âEverday feministâ and itâs clearly written by someone who takes feminism to an unnecessary extreme. I consider myself a feminist and even I think that most of that article is ridiculous. I said MOST women have no probably being approach as long as itâs polite and respectful. There are some women that will have an issue with it due to their own various reasons. But for the most part, most women are ok with being approached as long as theyâre treated respectfully.
Well my level of confort or being able to tolorate something might not be as yours. We are being told by woman that they want us to chase them, thag sometimes no means yes and so on.
So please tell me how the fuck im suposed to know what is what? We can't read minds, so please dont give us contredicting instructions how to date you and eveybody will be happy
@DWD1994 read that article, deam im the most hated mysagonist on planet xD to the article autor. Fuck you, question where did you get done is totaly valid one as nice tats. If your tat can be seen be deam shure someone will make a coment about it.
Ps. Im guilty even taking peek to see whole tattoo. haven't had bad experiance so far. People with ink usually are open minded. Or im just living in Europe and here are actually normal people...
That article was just 1 example. I can give you literally hundreds of articles espousing similar sentiments. I also had a friend who bitched about being approached on the street (who I subsequently cut off immediately after I heard her whine about it)
Or what about when Brie Larson sperged out and made a huge fit over a TSA agent asking for her number and ended up tweeting about it? What about the overwhelming amount of women that retweeted that same tweet? To me that's very telling.
@DWD1994 Well i hope its a American thing, and it won't come here. Dunno where you get those people, i have asked even on train to girl to slide her skirt up so i can see her tattoo. That was some flowers with kanji, since i have studied japanese it was interesting for me to try and translate it.
I wonder if that article autors head would explode in this situation?
#METOO was more about celebrities. Real victims like in the UK were ignored & silenced under accusations because they were white and perpetrators Pakistani, well no more.

#metoo absolutely was NOT about celebrities. It was about the shocking numerous amount of people who never come forth and speak on their own sexual assaults. It was created by a victim and was a huge support structure of for other victims. I'm a #metoo and my abuser will never see justice, even as a repeat offender. It helps to know there are so many others like me regaining our strength in this way.
@DorkVader myself being a #metoo supporter and a supporter for #HimForHer, would you be partial to some vigilantism? If you know the address of your abuser then I have been trained in kickboxing and krav maga (Israeli street fighting). Also I have a license to carry a firearm now.
We can do whatever you like to aid your mental health.
I once stood and managed a brawl between my 9 year old niece and a 9 year old boy who was harrasing her and upsetting her and words along with, disciplinary measures had failed on the school's and his parent's part. So he received an ass kicking my my niece on the right. She is quite tough tbf. https://ibb.co/RPQR2CW
I feel that women have an advantage over men when it comes to resolving mental health issues, and resolving emotional issues by talking it out. But men have the advantage when it comes to resolving an argument quickly. Growing up with 3 brothers, we fight, we bruise and the argument ends as quickly as it started and we go back to farting and playing video games.
In this day and age, an ass kicking sometimes works well far more than it should 'tis all I'm saying...đđź
@Ronald_25 Bless you, beautiful person, but no. That piece of shit is going through it. Prostate cancer and now he's impotent, so God got him. I wish the law had too, but I try not to waste too much mind space on that mf. He can't hurt anyone else either, thank goodness
Hmm, I don't think I've been called a beautiful person before đłđ¤.
Not thank goodness, thank Goddess. Goddess Karma, she is one vindictive lady and her good and bad karma comes with interest to pay as I don't think that you were the first. How are you feeling now? Need to talk? Pm me, I would be honoured to volunteer as a guidance counselor to a #MeToo victim.
I think the whole #MeToo thing is a bit overblown personally. I do think it would be a good thing if more women lead in relationships. It is unfair to men and women who don't feel like they fit into a particular role to be stuck in it.
True, I have been fortunate to have 100% female intiated and led relationships. It's always attractive to see women in control, and when she asks me out, I know she wants me, and if we have split up, it wasn't because we lost interest in each other.
I feel like the women I've dated make a better choice than my male friends who are sometimes all about the asthetics.
Seriously, the #metoo era isn't about being afraid to interact with girls. The girls who've come out were seriously taken advantage of. Do things gradually, win her trust and read her cues. But be the man and take the lead, that's what turns girls on. Important point - read her cues, suggest something and read her tone.
Also, to all the guys out there have a healthy circle of girl friends. I agree there are some girls who make false accusations, and that can tarnish a guy's image but if you are at least in talking terms with other girls, it will work to your favor. And women who put false accusations unfortunately, make a reputation for themselves, so don't let that scare you away from the right girl with whom you can share your thoughts and enjoy a good time with.
I am a lady and I feel that men should make the first move and show their interest in me first ! which boys and men have done by talking to me , flirting with me in their own way and so forth ! I liked it too ! for that is the male and manly thing to do in my opinion ! as is taking care of me with their strong muscles and letting me know that I can feel secure from alarm when I am with them ! and being a gentleman and careful when they are holding our baby in their arms is a plus too

@Syrian_survivor i. e. most of the guys on this site
If you're not a 10/10, you shouldn't even look at girls, let alone talk to them.
Just go to work and come home. Maybe get yourself one of these holographic waifu thingies:

Women only want the best of the best of the best of the best. SIR! (With honors.)
If you're not that, if you're not perfect, women want you to crawl into a hole and die. If a tall handsome guy spits in their face, it's romantic. If you so much as talk to her, or even stand next to her, that's rape.
Why do you assume it's one girl and not every girl I've ever encountered?
So hard to believe that my luck could be that bad?
Mgtow is better. Women don't deserve any man. Fight against feminism, remove and destroy feminism. Then maybe men will start to date women. No matter they ask out to men, we men will reject them. We have to reject them. This is what women deserve. They don't deserve anything.
Women just love money and falsely accuse men for rape and harassment. They are just trying to drain men in every aspects. They just wanna use men. They search that how to use a man for her benefit. They never give happiness, love to a man. Women are so selfish and narsist.
Life is definitely more better without women. Men can save money, their time and so many other things. İn my country 2.5 million men are paying alimony to their ex wifes every month. Men are fucked up in my country Turkey. The most misandrist country in the world is Turkey unfortunately.
As a girl, whenever I make the first move it never works. I'm never taking the first move again.
I hear this a lot from girls. You got rejected so you think guys don't like girls making the first move, but that's not true. You need to realize guys get rejected just as much. If every guy who has been rejected decided they would never make the first move again, the human race would go extinct for lack of reproduction.
I'm a guy who has never made the first move, nice to meet you. You know know how it feels to be a guy when dating.
A little piece of advice from my 10 years as a bachelor. If you never make the first move again then your friend or someone you know may roll with the punches and may steal the guy who is perfect for you because she was not put off by rejection and had the confidence to persue a guy like me.
I can easily get any girl I want. But I don't persue. Because I want to see which girl truly likes me for me. Your a girl, you know that if I give it up that easy then there is no sense of accomplishment, I need to make her work for it, and I always have đ
Also I completely agree with @backdoorman and @HOAAH
I know rejection is painful and it seems like the only logical solution os to lay back and say " fuck all of y'all!." Just remember that a guy might like you, just thinks your out of his league and/or is nervous to talk to you and ask you out. If you like a guy, ask him out, that is the only way most guys go on dates. Just remember that of you're only chasing guys with rippling abs and a body like Hercules, then there is high chance of rejection. The hotter they are, the higher the chance of rejection. Hope this helped a little.
@Ceasar97 I couldn't of said it better, I have formed a series of events/ where you may be on the list based on the women that have persued me.
1. Talk (as you are inexperienced, you can't tell by behaviour that a guy likes you) This is where most girls are stuck, they get rejected and they stop trying.
2. Judge (the more rejections you get, the more experience you gain, the more experience you gain, the more intuitive you will be at judging if a guy will like you)
3. Be intuitive (at this point you have zero rejections, you are now able to judge without talking. You communicate through body language and are able to attract men to you like this)
4. The Yoda (This is me. You are able to judge with 90% accuracy the personality and behaviour of a guy without talking to him, know his interest in you, and you can now use him for a one night stand, NSA set up or a serious relationship. Your experience is sufficient for you to play out what will happen with a guy, before it has happened.
You just need to be proactive, confident and bold to gain that experience to Yoda. Persuing men is like a race, if you quit after the first hurdle (rejection), then there is no reason you should be complaining about not finishing (getting the partner you want) or being jeli/ dis-respecting women who have won (get what they want from men).
@WhiteShoulder @Apple1996 @Female_assasin @Some_Goof what do you think?
I don't know, I may be wrong, that's just my 2 pence on the matter...
@Ronald_25 I agree 100% :-)

And his name is Ron too!!! The Mistway guy, not my boyfriend.
10 thumbs down? Come on guys.
@inchesfrommadness I prefer the guy to make the first move too
@WhiteShoulder thank you
Welcome
Hmm, were at an impass because I always let the girl make the first move. I find it very enjoyable seeing girls trying to figure out what to say with me, watching them come over already looking a bit Rosey around the cheeks and be like "hey Ron, do you eat lunch?"
Her: đł (whispers "fuck")
Me: đ¤Ł
I love my life đ
Don't do that, that's how the enemy wins.
Be a guy, just don't be a disgusting one like Creepy Uncle Joe (Biden)
Joe isn't creepy enough for me. He just grabs shoulders. I think guys should grab pussy like Trump!
I don't like change. I'm not a feminist; I like tradition. I will make the first move to get to know a guy, but I at least expect him to take care of initiating more than half of the dates, some of which I may or may not surprise him and handle paying. Women can easily become hopeless romantics- I've been there. But a guy who really wants a girl will go out of his way to get closer to her.
This is not a group date. Lead if you want to. Donât lead if you donât want to.
Donât let contemporary society impose its ideals on you.
Be yourself. Donât be indoctrinated by propaganda or a progressive liberal agenda if itâs not your personal belief.
Just donât be a jerk about it. Donât victimize anyone. Donât try to impose your stuff on others. Play fair.
Just don't approach anyone unless you want to risk your life. There should not be some social norm where it's a man's job to approach or a woman's job to approach. It's like buying a lottery ticket. You either risk losing money to get that gold or not play at all.
It's better to just not date, just fuck. And only fuck bitches that live in another town (or even better, another state), AFTER giving them a fake name. Also never fuck them anywhere that you've got any ties to, like a friend's house. And not in a hotel, since you'll have to give a credit card.
The claim of feminism is "equal rights" not "equal responsibility"... I imagine a very careful choice behind this wording..
Nobody ever finds a feminist who pushes "equal responsibility", what's pushed is what benefits them, no mention, even outright ignoring of f less pleasant demands men are expected to carry along with these alleged benefits.
I expect that you're talking about sex based on the way you worded your question. The reality is, it does not matter who initiates it. If a woman starts but changes her mind it's over. Even in the heat of the moment. It's a done deal. If it's just a simple question about dating, what does matter who asks who?
Taking the lead and harassing are two different thiggs
True, but there are 18 year old boys in my kickboxing class who are afriad to talk to girls as they may claim it is harrasment. This wasn't the case when I was 18. With men afraid to talk to women, I guess it'll be best to let women persue men, so we don't get kicked out when a we wanted to do was buy them a drink and listen to what they had to say.
That is what this question is trying to ask.
Its fine either way. I don't think its healthy to be uptight and overly cautious because of MeToo. You feel better openly taking the risk and being ok with whatever happens.
You raise and excellent point good sir. Though rare and growing, confident women who take the lead dating and have persued me have said that "it is empowering to take the lead when dating. Though it takes a lot of time, support from friends and the view of society, along with the toughest part, dealing with rejection. But men possess an advantage women usually don't, they can choose who they date and over time your rejections reduce. These rejections reduce as you become more intuitive to which guy likes you back before persuing him, ensuring a 100% success rate thereafter. It's an art, and it shouldn't be taken hastily or lightly. Once you have him, you can do what you want to him @WhiteShoulder & @Apple1996 👀😏 .
No, it's best not to bother with dating at all. They "don't need no man"? Fine. We "don't need no woman" either. They have their dragon dildos; we have our porn and our right hands. They can go and do one for all I care. They aren't fooling anyone any more- everyone sees them for the snide manipulative entitled victim-complex fake bitches they all are...
I think that Matt shouldn't have bitched up and approached Katie, or that he should work on how he talks to women if he thinks it will get him pitched out of a bar! Feminism has nothing to do with this
Lmao
Only a coward lets something like that get in the way of him leading a relationship. A lot (and I mean a LOT) of women want a guy to lead, and are really turned off by the idea of them having to do the leading. Just donât be creepy, watch what you do and you wonât have to worry about MeToo even a little bit.
Modern dating is retarded and evil. and its destroying male-female relationships.
Men should take the lead, but women should be patient, cautious and protective. They should also let their parents know who they are dating.
If they do that, the chances of getting molested and used like a whore are minimized greatly
I don't think #metoo has anything to do with it but if some girls want to take the lead they should take the lead
The #MeToo era is getting out of hand. I believe that it empowers women too much to demand things without working for them. That's why I don't like women. They are too neurotic for me. People say that's sexist and I say, whatever, I don't hate them, I avoid them.
@DorkVader
That's only true for female rapist. There is no "tread" of men getting lighter sentences.
There is a shocking trend of females not only getting lighter sentences, but not even been called rapist.
Most female rapist can sue child victims for child support.
@DorkVader
Turner fingered a girl behind a
dumpster. Was convicted as a sex offender and put on three registry as well as had his public image destroyed.
So, here are my 3 words for you.
Heidi Domangue Verrett. But unlike Brock, I'm positive you and most others have no idea who she is.
She plead guilty to sex with 3 underage boys that were 12 years olds. She did it for months.
She was fined 900$. No jail time. No sex registry.
Turner raped an unconscious woman behind a dumpster. Don't make his crimes out to be lighter than they were. He's a disgusting shitbag. This Heidi woman I've never heard likely pled guilty to get out of a harsher sentence. She's a disgusting shitbag with a good lawyer. It doesn't matter to me the sex of the offender, because the overall fact is that there's not enough justice for the victims. I can't find the article I wanted to reference about what I said earlier. I'll keep looking and send a link when I do.
You're misunderstanding me. I'm not minimizing his actions, but even the witnesses say he was only on top of her. Did he violate the girl, 100%. But him putting his fingers inside of a girl 1 time compared to Heidi raping Three 12 year old boys for months.
Turner actually did jail time and is a sex offender. Everyone knows who he he's. He made national, if not, world wide news.
Heidi is an unknown and didn't get punished at all after destroying three childhood of 3 boys. She wasn't punished at all. That's what I'm saying.
No, it isn't. You will be waiting a really long time if not forever if you do. If you're respectful and friendly, you don't have anything to worry about until you're up for an appointment to the Supreme Court.
Yeah usually the safest bet for the majority, god forbid you go to make a move on a lady and now you're behind bars.
I was just about to bring this point up. T'was 8 years ago when I was a fresher at uni at age 18. Most lads at age 15 stop being scared of girls and had dating experience with a couple of them at this point. I'd chat to a girl, wait till she starts making the convo sexual, drop some innuendos in, wait till she asks for my number and go on a date a couple of days later.
Now, one of my 18 year old kickboxing friend (Matt) fancies a girl in his class (Katie). When I asked Matt to chat to Katie at a bar, he said "I'm too scared, she's standing next to the bouncer, this is a zero tolerance bar so girls like her have called the police before" about a month later I found out she was head over heels for him, by which point he'd started dating another girl đ I wish this was the first time something like this has happened.
I feel like extreme feminist have snookered the female. gender as more and more 18 year old boys are now afraid of girls, as they feel they hate them and are scared of how they might react, so are swooped up by confident girls, while timid girls are on the sidelines weeping over their crush đ
Yeah exactly, thankfully I'm blessed with girls doing the approaching and talking. Others are not so fortunate and have to go through those issues, dating scene is basically ruined because of it I feel like
Nah, everyone should ask out whoever they want if they feel like it. Just do it in a respectful manner and accept no for an answer.
I guess. Men also have to work really hard at romance and sex now because if she decided after the sex she didn't like and withdraws consent, you are still a rapist. Maybe before the law, but once a tweet goes out saying 'X pressured me into sex and I felt obligated to say yes to it' followed by #metoo then you might lose your job, your family, future job opportunities. Bank account will be drained by legal costs perhaps.
Either sex can take the lead. It has always been that way. And will always be. If you think the person may never notice, you, you have to be the one to lead. I know people like to asign rules to dating. But there are none if you're being honest.
I prefer guys making the first move, but I don't know if it's unfair to guys. But there are women that like to approach guys too.
To me men and women are equal, so it doesn't politically matter who takes the lead of dating.
If feel in every single case it depends on the circumstances.
If a girls likes a man and wants him she should take the lead, if a man discovered a female he wants to get he should take the lead.
Now, when a guy or the girls is obviously interested in you and is only too shy to show, I might take the lead - only if you also want him/her of course.
If you as a man are not taking the lead then there will always be other men that do!
Honestly it depends on the girls personality. You will be able to tell if she's a "modern man-hating feminist", crazy people like that will get hostile as soon as a guy says hi. That's why I am very cautious when flirting with women.
Probably, since just about anything a guy says or does these days can be painted with the big and bold brush of "Unwanted Advance."
I say run m-fers run and stay the hell away of any female that hints or wreaks of this feminism sickness.
I wouldn't say better... it is an idea and should be possible.
I'm oblivious so please smack me round the head with a massive sign if you want to distract me from oblivion :)
If you do youâre going to be single for the rest of your life. Unless youâre extremely hot, a celebrity or something like that then donât expect girls to take the lead. They wonât.
Ugh. No. I think you can take the lead without being rapey.
In a perfect world yes. But the vast majority of women donât want to put in the effort. Metoo is all about having your cake and eating it too. Roles are never going to change.
Well, I'm certainly not going to ask out strangers. I have to do a sanity check and get to know them a bit first lol xD
So yeah, just be a lot pickier in who you ask out and you should be fine.
I guess I'm gonna have to stop hitting on who I genuinely find interesting and just wait as the post implies. This whole thing is unnecessary. I can't possibly be the only one who thinks that either!
I've always said that they should. Enough of the men told to do all the work.
Girls won't take the lead no matter what you do, lol
No. Fuck the #MeToo movement. Women donât want to take the lead on dating.
They like feeling empowered but in reality, they want a strong man to take control.
They want you to take the lead so they can post about you on twitter when you get some $$$ or status behind you #MeToo
That's the paradox. Girls don't want to take the lead, because that would suppose taking all the men responsibilities in dating, like paying for both, approaching guys, and basically doing everything.
Why can't men be men that they were born to be
, that were designed and intended to be.
Stop being acn Adam and following abunch of Eve's around.
Yo, just saying, I saw your pic in the recent posts. No homo, but you look awesome man.
Take things easy get to know each other. Keep the sexual things to a minimum until she is comfortable with you...
Hell no. I'm no simp. Men should be the head of the relationship.
Don't give women power over you, ever.
Not necessarily. I don't care about me too if I have to talk to a girl I will.
Yes.
All good looking women should approach me and be offered my superior seed.
No, it's better to heavily vet your women in order to ensure that they aren't going to pull any poundmetoo shenanigans.
You know girls wonât take the lead, that will never happen lol.
Might as well give her the jazz hands and walk on eggshells. Just to be clear, it's a terrible idea.
There is certainly nothing wrong with the woman taking the lead.
But the key is not to be a dick.
Makes no difference to me. I dont interact with women regardless.
Im sure some of the pussy men of the world would love that, but NO.
As a man, grow some balls and stop blaming the metoo movement on your shortcomings
