Well obviously the problem needs to be addressed and the people need to be approached in a more forceful manner, but that applies to all people of any ethnicity or race.

Why do you say about Pakistanis only? There are white machete wielders, white gangs, white terrorists, Indian, Germanic, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, the list goes on.

If you mean to talk about these criminals, why not bring up all ethnicities and not just Pakistani individuals?

Absolutely! I genuinely feel like the whole fixating only on Pakistani individuals is unfair, if we are to talk about criminal activity, why not talk about all the ethnicities and not act as though removing one of them cleans up all crime.
