It seems like more Mexican men are more open to the idea of family and having children than other races and at earlier ages too... At least from what I have observed! Also, from what I have seen, East Asians are more interested in going to college and the college life and than to start dating/finding a mate! ... I hardly see Asians (where I live) that are already mothers at 23 and 24! or just in their 20's in general! Why so different in priorities? ! Blacks are about the same as Mexicans in my book!

There has always been a tendency for poor people to have families earlier. That's partly because they can't afford to go to college or other school, and thus get jobs earlier, get married earlier, and have kids earlier. Also, and I don't know how much of a factor this is, or isn't, but most Mexicans are Catholic, and the Catholic church preaches against birth control.
Because most are Catholic which don’t believe in contraception of any kind. If you’ll remember Pope John Paul II condemned condom use but did absolutely nothing about pedophile priests in his church. Just goes to show where Catholics priorities are
It's a different culture with different rules. Stick to yours.
