In normal countries women earn as much money as men for the same job done. I remember, my dad once worked in a car parts factory, and a cousin of his who happens to be a woman also worked at the same factory. They both worked the same thing, which was standing by the track after the parts roll out, and you have to inspect the parts for irregularites, and then attach other stuff to them that came from the other track. His cousin and her family were at home once and she asked him how much he earns if it's not a secret and he told her, and she earned less than him, even if she was employed there earlier than him. The thing was, he went through more parts than her, thus he earned more money for doing better at the same job. That is equality. And it is the case in most countries in the world.
