Feminism did its job. It can fucking die now. Men's rights is actually relevant.
Male abuse victims in all facets get ignored
Men can't hit women in self defense
Men are expected to be the main provider
Men are expected to pay for the date
Men are shamed because of their height or penis size
Men are told to open up and when they do they are called weak
Men are expected to buy expensive diamond rings and clothes

Start by looking at suicide rates and homelessness rates for men. Next you can look at education statistics for men and women. Learn the facts. You will see that society is attacking men much more than women.

There are some valid arguments to be made for certain circumstances regarding alimony and custody laws, but I also understand why women are awarded favorable custody and alimony payments in a lot of cases too. It’s just too bad there are no prominent male voices that are also reasonable and well behaved.
Far more justified if you ask me. Women in the west live a life of relative luxury and have far more protections and opportunities in life than men do. At this point feminism is fighting for female superiority and stopping men of all of our opportunities and access to self respect and personal responsibility. Not only are most men now considered unmarriageable directly due to shifts in the education system that favor females even though they do let quality work in general. The system has been together against men, providing women with a grain bias 30% higher than men turning in the exact same work. This starts all the way back in elementary school where physical education, recess, and kinesthetic teaching styles are being cut; there are virtually no male teachers until high school and they're generally only found in history and econ classes.
All the while we medicate boots because they can't sit still in a classroom. Don't even get me started on family law, where having a dick means you have 0 rights to custody since the court system is so bored against men.
You hear all this talk of women's health this and planned parenthood that but when do you ever hear about men's health concerns? I'm sure it's not like you haven't heard that 75% of suicides in the world are men; there are active campaigns that use the 1/4 as a meeting for some sort of female suicide epidemic.
Until we start living in the real world again, shits only going to get worse and we really need to stop it before it does. This is not an us vs them situation, but politically or has become one. If a woman wants to live her whole life without working just drinking and popping out kids, she can; if a man wants to work but still needs some help to make ends meet or eat right, it's damn near impossible for him.If you ask me the womens rights movement is the one that shouldn't exist. Women actually have have the upper hand over us they already have more rights then men do. Now they want more. Did you know if a women rapes a man and she gets pregnant she can sue the man for child support. That's a real thing. Movements the ME TOO and others alike are usless. Women think there is a pay gap. There isn't the difference they see is because more men work then women not because they get paid less. I can go on and on.
From who's perspective? Seems everyone hates men, and ESPECIALLY WHITE MEN!!
A woman told me "You can't be 'Racist' against a White Man!"
Seems that is the "definition" of "racism" when one group is singled out!!
Just like that with Men's rights, I think!
SO MANY arguing against them, and shitting on men, in general, that they don't realize that they are the "RACIST" and "SEXIST" assholes that they accuse!!
Look in the mirror, and see that you are what you say you hate!!!I think there’s overlap in both groups. Feminism, in my interpretation, is seeking gender equality. The MRM is also seeking gender equality. Males and females both have horrible, unhealthy expectations placed on them that create unfairness all over our culture.
I think where people start to disconnect from this idea is the title of “feminism” acknowledges only females, which people apparently take as ignoring or belittling men. The opposite is true for MRM: the focus on males gives the impression that women are being belittled. If the two movements could truly listen to one another, I believe equality would be reached MUCH faster. Equality isn’t a competition. It’s the opposite.Feminists are already fighting for men’s rights. Because feminism is about equality. The only reason that men’s rights activists exist is that they can’t get past the “fem” prefix, which exists because at the time the movement was founded there was a clear difference in men’s and women’s rights, and in my opinion there still is.
That being said, if men’s rights activists actually did things to advance men’s rights, I wouldn’t have a problem with them. They wouldn’t be “just as justified” for the reasons I listed above, but I wouldn’t be bothered by them. But that’s not what any of the ones I’ve met do. Instead, they sit around and complain about feminism, and wanting to get back to the “good old days.”Yes.
Men's rights are not the all lives matter type movement that missed the point completely, in fact makes a valid point that does matter. It's not just a "and also me" argument. It's a thing that matters.
Feminism on the other hand is a bunch of screaming birds with weirdly colored hair parted to one side that like cats claiming they want to be the same but really only exist to take every man they come across down a peg by being insulted by literally everything they do because it makes their insecure overexaggerated egos feel "empowered".Yes.
Men don't have the right to bodily autonomy ( circumcision at birth)
And we're only allowed to vote because we're obligated to go to war if the government says so.
You'll notice women are not required to serve in war to vote and female circumcision is illegal.
Suicide, alcohol and drug use is high amongst men. So is the rate of murder and assault.
Family courts and divorce courts are unfair towards men. And apparently boys are failing in education.
I have yet to hear about a right women dont haveI'd argue that both men and women face very few issues regarding their sex in this day and age. But even if that isn't true, just because someone has had their leg chopped off doesn't mean that someone else who got stabbed in the stomach shouldn't be addressed and assisted. Besides, I believe this movement came to fruition in response to a certain movement that claims they want equality, yet fight only for one sex. So if both movements allegedly wants eauality, why is it that they seem to be in opposition?
I believe so strongly! I have a brother and I don’t want him to become a single dad. And even if he does get divorce he should have the ability to see his kids as much as the mom. I worry sometime and what if he goes to prison? I hope that doesn’t happen but men are treated harshly.
I think as long as woman don’t strive to be “above,” both sides should be heard because there is a struggle for equality on both sides and both have legitimate arguments. The only real solution is equality in all matters. As far as one commenters point of men’s abuse from woman being ignored or even laughed at is true. I was psychologically abused by my ex wife for 10 years, but seeing her manipulate people with her oh so innocent facade and tiny stature, they’re more liable to believe her over me. Lucky for me Everyone that was around me knew who I am otherwise I would be persecuted because of the smearing she did to me while I was with her making up lies to make her look good because she was using me and getting ready to discard me.
I’m not a feminist so I voted yes. As far as custody goes, so long as both mother and father are mentally stable then I think custody should be split equally between them unless they come to a mutual agreement where one chooses full custody and the other chooses partial custody. Sometimes the mother also chooses partial custody. Maybe she feels the child will be better off with the father because he is more financially stable than her.
Men, especially fathers, have just as much right as women. Like for instance a father doing all he is supposed to do as far as the child goes. But its the mother of the child that gives the father trouble. I'm quick to tell a man he has rights. I even help him find what he needs.
They're both equally dumb as a "movement" has never proven to be any useful historically, they get minor changes done but they never complete they're mission.
As far as being justified compared to women well of course they are.
If feminism and all that stuff is truly about equality them there should be no problem with men having the equal right to have a movement. There are. Only a few things on the men's right movement I would personally add. I support a 90 day opt-out of fatherhood If we keep abortion free willingly.
a lot stuff is men not treating women like a threat. Just cuz she small and cure doesn't mean she not evil.
1. Never go anyplace alone with a women
2. consider contracts for women
3. Cameras/Recoders are your best friend (look at johnny depp and amber heard)
4. keep track of texts. Screen shot and email them for a training day.(Women do this)when it comes to a woman getting an abortion , the father has the right to stop her from doing this for the child does belong to him as well ! thanks
It gets to where one is just like the other and both sides think the other must conform. I can stand behind first and maybe second wave feminism. Third wave and after that is complete degeneracy. I can see many men's movements are taking a similar path. I do understand equalizing the system however.
Far more justified, as the latter is entirely unjustified. However, the Men's rights movement suffers from a severe lack of organization and ideological structure. Men's rights advocates frequently advocate the wrong polices, and rarely co-ordinate well enough to make a meaningful impact.
I think the best route for men's rights is to start by embracing a new terminology to mirror their opponents. Masculinism should be the banner of the movement, and its goal is to fight misandry everywhere. Furthermore, the movement needs to weld its cause to that of traditionalism and conservatism, as these are the best allies in the fight to regain the upper hand in the kulturkampf. That's as if white people stand up for themself instead of black people. I mean i am not going to say that it's not okay. There sure are things that should be different. But then you should stand up for equality since white men really are being treatend better.
I didn't even know it existed but since it's nothing like mgtow and it actually advocates for men's rights I think it's great. Men voices should be heard just as much as ours
