He was always nice to me, but that day he told me he had feelings for me and tried to kiss me but I didn't let him. He is a nice guy and I'm kind of interested in him, but he's much older than me and he's my teacher! What should I do now?

If you're still in high school (which I doubt) this is a NO NO SITUATION.

If you're in college, then wait until you graduate and give him a call. That's how my parents met!

You have to report him. you might be OK with it but if he tries the same thing with another girl, the effect could be different and could really be devastating. Teachers are meant to be people you can trust, that's taking advantage.

Where I live, it's illegal for students to have a intimate relationship with a teacher. But I think you should just tell someone about this problem and they'll sort it out.

Are you sure it's illegal or it's just against school rules? So far as I know there is no state that has a law against students over 18 having a relationship with their professor. I know a professor that ended up dating one of his students after she had passed through his class and I think they're still together, actually.
